Bloody hell dellfrog what a ridiculous post. It's all TW'S fault lol. So u don't think the directors have any responsibility for putting all their investments in one place and not spreading risk? You don't think it is LCF fault for allegedly misleading investors. You don't think we as shareholders take some of the blame for buying shares in IOG. No of course not none of the above!! All TW fault lol! I don't like the bloke at all but for ffs get a grip!

The problem is though. You as the owner of the house have been promising for 9 months that you're going cut a deal for the £300k to get to the £1mm valuation and share that amongst a load of mates who gave you part of the money to do this - which u promised to do - at that time. Now you also took out a loan - say £100k from other people who want £25k back in a couple of months and if you don't pay that - they say they'll come back for all of their loan which may mean you have to sell the house for very low price equivalent in a couple of months time. So it's up to the people to decide do they cut their losses or make reduced profits on a lower offer or do they trust you to get the money or another friend to help to finish the job. That is the real decision. Do we trust u to do what you've been promising for the last 9 months?

Peakview I am talking about a 25p offer which as u say if we r now in the radar of so many financiers, jv partners or other potential offerers then we should hear something relatively quickly. If not and an offer does arrive them we need to 're consider. A lot of things have been imminent for about 9 months now. This is "starting" to smell a little like PCI and if people aren't familiar with that then I suggest they read up about the directors responses and what a complete farce and muck up that became. To be clear not a de ramper and a holder of both stocks but I've got to admit significantly more of rre! All imho and dyor!

The market all determine what is fair value. If no other bidder or JV partner and an offer does materialise from RRE, I think all shareholders on here will have to consider it seriously. As I say put the money into RRE then? All imho and dyor.

Agree totally in which case keep on mktg like hell. I've worked for companies who had f all intention of doing a deal and "expecting" company publicly were 100% confident of landing the deal so am ever the sceptic! (If anyone may have noticed!). I was just thinking if your inference correct then hopefully we will see rns tomorrow. I'm on a run at the moment with rre ( great marathon deal ) and today iog ( rre possibly and if not another party or JV partner flushed out ) hence here's hoping!!! All imho and dyor! Plus the 30mm debt Jimmy nearly 100mm imho hence would not want to go over 25p. I am iog and rre but got more rre so would prefer lower acq price for iog. There are a few on big who want MINIMUM 40p or rre can "f off" lol.

Longside there are Capex estimates on excellent research note I read which was either posted here or on Adv btw. Can't remember exactly the figures but seem to think the full project amounts are the rre ballpark area? I don't listen to Malcy so don't know if the figures he was quoting were for part 1 of project as opposed to fill project costs? All imho and dyor of course.

Longside wtgr I just clearly explained that if the pi's own circa 40% which I think they dond are unanimous or at least 25% are, then the bod don't control f all!! I don't need to justify my position to you but simply said mgt have been talking about funding being imminent for the last 9 months. They f'ed this up not me. The sole reason I bought in here was for the excellent quality mgt here. I am saying since then I'm happy to take the money and run. How do we know how imminent a farm down is and on what terms? For my risk profile I'd like to take the cash. You on the other hand have a different risk profile than me however, that doesn't make me a troll.

Actually that's totally wrong. Don't pi's own a out 40% of this company. Having worked in the industry for more years than I care to remember it is an in joke how often pi's overvalued theur assets. This is what concerns me that too many have too high a price that they'd accept and this will fail. Longside I'm if be happy with 23 to 25p but at the moment would probably get much less than 18p if I were to sell mine and rre are my buying in mkt at moment. If this goes to JV the shares are probably worth 35p ish but again wtfdik? All imho and dyor folks.

This ain't no bargain and it never will be worth that much since they sold nearly 30% to zubs. You make your bed guys.... Saying that I will consider averaging down at 0.8p or thereabouts, depending upon circumstances. If not no problem for me.

I own far more rre shares (value wise!!) than iog and personally think and would happily accept 25p offer if it were forthcoming. I aint de ramping but I have been very very surprised at what seems to be really schoolboy errors by the experienced mgt team here and would prefer rre in charge. I will only be putting my iog cash into rre shares anyway depending upon what they pay of course!! Best of luck all.
