There appeared to be some implications on here that the three were interrelated. I was just posting I do not think that to be the case. Also let's be clear the terms may have been agreed but we are still awaiting final sign off and it may transpire HO or senior management (or whomever) apply some conditionality to the other two wells? All I'm saying is that until we have final sign off we don't have final sign off and any assumptions are simply that. An assumption while we wait. I know majors that don't contemplate budget changes until the 3+9 review (if indeed it does require a forecast update aporoval) so unless they have allowed updates in the 2+10 we may still have a bit of a wait. Hopefully not of course. As ever all imho and dyor folks.

I've kept quiet whilst share price rising as that suits me as a holder but equally as a holder I am posting that ridiculous comments that appear to attribute posters on here for relative share price (under) pfmce just as equally come across as desperate and are just as "damaging" for new potential readers of these bbs.

Only one response is that I'd expect the "post discovery" carry equity on Inishkea to be less than 30% but with either way let's agree to disagree. Anthony ffs I am not trying to bring this down. Wtgr I have over 25 yrs experience working in e&p. Even when we get the farm downs our best prospect has a less than 1 in 3 chance of success, let alone commercial success. That means the chances are it will be dry and even if discovery potentially sub commercial. That is being realistic. You buy these promote companies expecting them to fail. That is the norm. Anything more is a bonus. I am not trying to " bring it down". It is a realistic assessment. However saying that, if these are farmed down obviously a much larger company is willing to make such a bet as part of their respective risk based portfolio of drilling prospects which obviously brings EOG nearer to a potentially company making discovery. 're the stopped clock right twice a day. That is literally it. EOG have so much acreage that I also thought maybe some of it is successful through luck more than anything else. Ie bag as much acreage as possible and some one will have faith? I bought these as a bet and hopefully thatvwill come good. As I say there I say there is way way too much emotion on here and (again) hopefully Monday will allow me and others to leave this bb "in peace" forever, lol.
