Is that for the PHAR "management" EE?
From my perspective they seems to have a few problems understanding such "timelines".
Quick scan reading of previous RNS announcements -
In January the 3d work was due to be completed 1h 2022 - I take from you below - that is end of June?
In May the 3d work was due to be completed IN July 2022 - I take it they mean by the end of July then and NOT August? Then no mention at all of amendment OF July 2022 (in the update IN July 2022) so I assume a fair person would infer that still was "accurate"?
Perhaps you could forward your message to them to explain what the "end of July 2022" means as they seem to be in need of such guidances as I am certainly confused?

Well as some on here have posted previously it is "completely" out of control of TXP - which is "probably" partially true "now" - but what certainly was in the control of TXP was agreement around this issue - which should have been in the contractual detail anyway (as determined for each party protection) and in which case - I hope they performed adequately in line - with whatever was actually contracted.
1. Judging by other "Paulfoolery" (copyright badrukan) God knows how many times TXP have contacted Shell telling them the pipeline will be ready (for connection) by a certain date and it wasn't!! I am hoping the contract with Shell did not specify a timeline for this project delivery (very unlikely however!) - if this is indeed was the case - did TXP achieve this date and if not, what are the "consequences" for "late performance"?
2. I am assuming that they (TXP) did put a clause in the injection / transportation contract with a time line attached to when the (TXP) connection did (finally!) actually arrive at the edge of Shell property - it is at the behest of shell to deliver within this timeline obviously - hence "currently" in Shell "control" - however hopefully this will be a limited contracted duration - so would be interested to know what this timeline/duration is and the "consequences" of missing this - I assume in some way linked to the (reduction of?) injection / transportation tariffs payable to Shell?

Hence - if COHO update prior to sending does not provide this information - can these questions queries / clarifications be added to the discord list please Junky (if not already done so!)?

Respectfully Scott - whilst I totally agree with you and don't expect him to over deliver - of course!! - but he (PB) has said many many things in the past that haven't crystallised as expected - so why should this be any different - and ironically he doesn't deliver on this statement and actually starts drilling differently than indicated - lol!
I was seeking "clarification" - if you were directly replying to my earlier query on this thread - on the exact arrangements regarding 120 day commitment for the rig - will it be possible to "carry" this over into next year - importantly - without cost to TXP? Do you know the answer to that?

Does that 7 month period include the original submissions for partial development (which was changed) or is this when the first full development approval was sought, aligator? Apologies for not looking up myself.

I think his presentation skills leave a bit to be desired but he's obviously a (nice) detail man and I was reasonably happy with what I heard.
As an aside, the assets were for sale for a long time actually (and literally couldn't be given away) prior to the "great idea" of MR (ahem). I do have a great deal of respect for MR though, in some of the earlier procurement deals and don't think it was his area to QC the viability of London O&G (debacle).
Reference must also be made of their track records to date of transferring CoS's (in the 80's percentages?) to err nothing (or similar equivalent economics), within the context of continuing that great "record".
However they seem to have got themselves on an even keel and when they get some track record of production with Southwark included - let's hope they get snapped up - even if they profit with the ridiculously low achieving LTIPs schemes.

Sorry Happy - I was still in bed (half asleep!)and didn't see your original reference to about £10k per annum in first post.
I thought originally your had inferred a salary of around $70 to$80k USD.
To be honest £10k in T&T isn't that much as it is a relatively expensive place to live believe it or not so I do (part) see their "gripe".

Adon I certainly hope you're proven wrong because surely we are on the hook for 120 days rig costs per year moving forwards? Some clarification from company on this issue would of course be welcomed.

GGG I was already an RRE holder and did very well out of it. I hold a few KIST but nowhere near as many as RRE.
I was only commenting as a comparison - when you get people like UWE (Edgar) who really really haven't a clue (we fell out over on AEX years ago and actually I think he came here after I suggested people there - look at IOG being an example of a better bet than AEX at the time - which has obviously been found to be correct as well) making ludicrous clever arse comments regarding AA team (it is a simple fact - money invested with his team at RRE and KIST would have made multiples of this motley crew). to be clear I'm not particularly "angry" with IOG share price performance as am admittedly in significant profits because I could "average down" (a lot couldn't afford that luxury however) - however am "angry" with the way the LTIPs here have rewarded the "management team" for relative under-performance(s) and the arrogant way they dealt with RRE - as if a part cash or full share take over at or around 25P did crystallise - we would already be in a better position than we are currently are some years later!!!
Anyway like them or loathe them - AA's team are very well respected "in the business" and have done very very well for investors who bought their shares - we are here to make money - not invest in companies whose management teams we "like"!!

Really see where you are coming on with regard to respective management "pedigrees", I'd say I'd only be about 16 times better off had I invested in AA vehicles rather than IOG on similar timelines.
Had I got into the respective IPO's it would be a multiple of tens I'd imagine.

Judging by recent management performances to date, all we can expect is further can kicking or perhaps worse, after all this waiting, it simply isn't producing as expected, lol. IMHO

Hi Sturm, yes I'd question the size of BoD in Canada being "fit for purpose" (bit "top" heavy in no.?) plus being clear here (!) not knowing "local/district" office staffing I'd definitely expect to see someone of that calibre highlighted in your link and ex NGC/other government department ("etc",) in the office, also being potentially part of the "leadership team" currently based in Canada, who could then smooth out all the potential EIA and "other" local issues. There would probably be the need for an expatriate drill manager necessary - permanently in situ - tasked with all the well planning QA/QC as there will be a lot of wells and there are obviously issues with this regard, possibly a temporary "construction" and "BD/general" manager in-situ as well? Obviously Mr Xavier M has excelled himself from exploration perspective and is a massive asset for the company so that is well covered !!
I cannot understand why a structure like this has not "evolved" anyway, because it's a pretty standard set up for "local/district" office set-up and I figured it would already be like this - and also it absolutely could be not far from that anyway - as cannot see too much information about this office available on web-site?

As now I personally do not think these timelines will not be achievable so they were based on a "response" in 80 days and I am assuming from that - an inference of "quick approval" (why so?) - as cannot see this as being possible now?
By the way I'm p***ed off at all this but got to be open here - will be using the opportunity to buy more - I would have already - but it is potentially a "long summer"!!
