TAKEOVER PRICE - if we are very lucky?!25 Aug 2022 11:04
Me, I'm well well happy to accept 45p now - anyone got any other suggestions?
There could be (significant) upside from Southwark but that looks to be plagued by "known regional" issues - which kind of proffers the question - why they weren't immediately mitigated - ie the plan B's, C's and D's for such "known" scenarios - a bit like the scouring stuff ahem?
Just bored and tired of continual crap from the "management" here.
Let's be clear here this "salinity" "issue" could be due to many differing reasons (none good), IMHO - and either they haven't a clue about it (what do you think?) - or (again?) - are they with-holding back on further bad news. I was only scan reading - will they be updating market when they've identified reasons for this and, did they proffer any timeline for an update?
Completely disappointed, in support of other posts on here about the timings and again it "looks" awful considering the recent sales by IOG.
However, at the end of the day whilst the timing is bad - the news is far far worse IMHO and looks like the market agrees.
Perhaps that (awfully nice) chap who did the last presentation (but is crap at presentations) should do another, this time getting his dates right from the reference slides?!
As ever, all IMHO and DYOR folks.
