Ezhik,I follow what you're saying but surely all of this information should have been recorded as and when crystallised in project hence a suitably risked sampled review would be in order. We simply don't know enough about the requirements and depth and it shoukd be updated by RNS now including an explanation as to why thIs seems to have surprised everyone? IMHO.

Thanks very much aligator and hence the need for formal RNS clarifying the position. If PB didn't state the correct position at last cosy City chat then really is time for him to leave. The only way we can truly understand the current hold up is for formal RNS. It doesn't have to be criticising of any party but a clear explanation as to what was required, when it was produced and hopefully simply confirmation it is waiting formal approval with such and such "authority".

Climbing, I've got a feeling there are probably a few on here, who can either do a far far better job than team in hand or know of someone who could. This is really starting to p*** me if and we need a formal operational RNS now, to explain the situation rather than "city" chats.
Was this left field request an additional new one or, an extension of what the Operator should actually have provided in first place??!!

Ah ok Aligator thanks very much for clarification. So actually they may have sourced and contracted said agent and just be waiting for sign off? To be honest not knowing the situation there, it could simply be a case of no one in ministry willing to take responsibility for this and in environments like this, that is certainly not uncommon.
I've worked in areas when expensive testing drilling decisions needed to be made operationally and agreed at NOC level (effectively at same time) and Bob's your uncle no-one was EVER available at these "critical" times so we went ahead anyway and LUCKILY no issues arose.
Of course if there was anything else we ever needed (non material or important) we never had any issues of communications!!

Alligator are you saying that you know that an agent STILL hasn't been allocated at all to this job and if so how did you "hear" that?

I wasn't impressed by reply last night but I'm hoping from that reply, previous production guidance remains the same? Ie if there was belief it may reduce they would have rns'd it?
The problem is they "waited" until the synthesised (correctly spelt) information in last update to tell us this, so don't think they have consistently applied this "principle".
At the end of the day I'm still holding and will continue to do so, hoping this to be the case and to be honest, am committed to staying on board now (nothing new) until we hear more formal news!

By the way recently you were criticising some of "us" for being armchair investors not understanding the complexities involved I this awfully complicated project and I asked for your "engineering" credentials, which put you in a place worthy of such criticism, teasing you about the possibility of being an environmental "engineer". You ignored my request, may I ask again, what it is you actually do for "coin"?!

I've got to admit was expecting this latest "review" to get completed (RNS'd) by tomorrow and really we should have some formal RNS update as to the current operational position and where we are with regard to COHO soon as this is getting very very tiresome. Of course I realise if CASC is on track and lessons learnt from the COHO process then this is not far off window dressing but, we could still be working on increasing debt facility and starting other programmes as well with the additional cash!

Desmond, I personally think that boat has long sailed - and because of the corporate structure here, what they would potentially offer unlikely to be "acceptable" (LOL!).
So many people laughed at me when I (along with one other poster I think) spoke of the true arrogance of the current "management" supposedly not even engaging with RRE. I'll bet a few on here may even start to admit RRE paper at 25p would have been worth infinitely more, considering the time value of money and other opportunity costs investing elsewhere, could have made for them - than holding here!
