Another BoD member - they've got 9 excellent value adding members ALREADY - are you suggesting 10 now?
ah e, of course grain terminal! i thought mh was bigger - oh well.
re rochester kicking myself in the **** about that - was looking there - about 10 years ago when it was excellent value - not to do with grain - just simply saw it as good commuter area for london - and not yet that "discovered" as such? property is nice and cheap at mh - probably for good reason ahem. cheers for the reply!
I'm assuming Milford Haven? Would yo say a good idea to invest in property around there as in current political environment seems to have a great short to medium term future?
Absolutely agree Alligator - operational performance pretty dire - but had they sold it differently and updated officially by RNS better - we would be on a totally different valuation IMHO. I would expect in a normal world - that if Casca comes in as expected - BS'er would then hand over reigns to someone better experienced to take TXP to the "next level" - the whole of the BoD is inappropriate from size, experience, location and costs - so let's see what happens with that regard as well. As ever all IMHO and DYOR.
By the way are you still in IOG?
Rhertig yes Mancini was a little hyped in my opinion - I actually really liked him due to his guts and aggression but was definitely against the general view in my gym anyway - as we tried to be more "skilled" (ahem!). I preferred Aaron Pryor who had a fantastic first fight with Alexis Arguello - which you may remember?
Another name from then was Hector Camacho? Sorry for OT.
Re "We look forward" - me - I've heard this so many times with other companies and then question why the f were they "looking forward" to "that" news. Technically they are "looking forward" ie "ahead" and so there could be the literal meaning for that applied as well - ie we are "looking ahead"?
To be honest the last RNS didnae talk of any time-lines only the BS'er Emperor did - I don't know which I prefer actually Paul Gaay (lol) or BS'er as I like to be reminded of his inability to stick to facts and just BS talk from PG - when referring to him? All IMHO, DYOR.
Does that selfish nimby twat still post on here? Just thought I hadnae seen that particular avatar name lately?
30 posts - I didnae realise it was that many (I thought it was about 10 at most!!) - yes quite a waste of my time as you can take a horse to water but....I will step back for a little while as cannae see much going on until end of September anyway - best of luck all.
2dicks - how's your latest punt going mate? I was a disgruntled holder from average late 20'S I think - disgruntled because I never trusted this "management" team and my own greedy decision for holding so long - all my OWN fault for which I take full responsibility.
Luckily I have profits elsewhere to offset - but some often do not - so I just post on here to point out my opinion of the high risks involved to counter punters - crap talking - so they can scalp a small profit and other people who may post really silly ideas and forecasts - that again are only opinions as well - but dressed as facts.
It is sadly simple - the main points to concern about here - are maintenance of production profiles and hope the average gas price at least doubles - everything else is noise IMHO. If these are maintained then this company will have some possibly profitable future - if not - IMHO - this will end up getting diluted out of existence.
But then again you don't really care do you - as you're only here for a quick punt - or have I misunderstood your own motivations? As ever all IMHO, DYOR.
Harry Holland was older (and smaller) time I think? I used to "know" Frank B - for example - he was blind as a bat and actually had to have surgery to get his first professional licence - which I did find "confusing" as we were always sight tested at area championship level "back then" anyway, IMHO and just pub talk I hasten to add? Actually I was training in the Thomas A Becket (as a teenager so not that old!) when Bone Crusher Smith was training for Bruno. I was a big fan of Bruno and I can remember my trainer telling me he was in for a kicking from Smith and "bobs your uncle" I think he "surprised" everybody? I remember there was this rock hard little African man in the gym then, who was having his FIRST pro fight and knocked out the current or future British champion Gilbody on the same card I think?
I only mention because I think Terry Downes (a real character) visited the gym that day as well - and was a great mate of one of my trainers and I subsequently met him loads of times, as was Emile Griffiths actually.
Re miserable - when you've worked in DRC - as one example - and see the misery, anarchy and crap in some places like that - it just makes me so thankful I was born in UK at this time - but I'm still miserable though!
PS I thought the Gaay name was an (in haste) typo but do realise now it was just a joke - so official apologies for my other assumptions!
Right no more OT's - but I suppose it's symptomatic waiting for "the" "news"!
Best of luck all.
Offers from Harry Holland and Mickey Duff - so perhaps you can see my age from that - I tried to be an aggressive counter puncher (like Terence Crawford / Emile Griffiths ahem) - but really was just a strong entertaining brawler who performed better in gym (genuinely sparring with all the top pro middles / super middles and I felt holding my own then as examples) - but would have been a good ticket seller - in all honesty couldn't really compete and had to drop out of ABA area level which I'd have won easily as they used to test eyesight at that level then. Fought and knocked out (in first round) the "kick (NOT Thai) boxing" English champion in an amateur boxing match - but in all honesty there was probably only about five kick boxers in the country then so doesnae amount to much. So each a pretty good match for one another I think - but you know that isn't going to happen and I don't know why I have wasted my time with this. Dont enjoy MMA - and don't think I'd be that suited - very skilled wrestlers I find. If you were joking - you'd be surprised at how much "excitement" you caused elsewhere about that - so my advice genuinely - would be very careful as I have a feeling (IMHO) at some point these boards are going to have to be looked at with multi posting avatars (I only post under dunders and ever have - contrary to "popular" belief) and their alleged relevant professional ties - obviously not saying you fall into that category of course but don't want to get tarred with that brush...!
Re area - North London - but actually do live quite near Ben Nevis at the moment and yes know the North side which can be challenging!
Yes, I'm genuinely miserable not because of weather but during my "career" I've seen the worst possible sides of humanity, scum and depravity I suppose and that's that!
No different person. How may contests - I could probably boil down to that light heavy now but I aint taking part in any charity contests or meet ups - because that's simply a waste of time - so there's no point in talking any crap like that - just interested.
How many contests and when - I go back to being competitive in the Nigel Benn days.
No not Glasgow - but I take it you are Scottish - as seem so interested and knowledgeable about certain areas?
What weight Geld - I had two offers myself to go Pro?
I have a feeling welter - light middle if you are who are who I think you are?
No not Inverness "pal".
Geld you are the person lying on a free bb - then I assume deleting the whole thread due to your ridiculous embarrassment?!
It Just makes you sound like a sad idiot and there is simply no other justification for that - why delete the thread if it was just such a harmless "joke" or if it was not - could you please explain why the thread has since disappeared?
You can say exactly what you want "pal" but two things
1. You wouldnae call me a moron to my face and what difference at all does it make - if I am Scottish or not?
2. I personally think a lot of people on here - probably think you are the moron as well regardless of your crass explanations.
Best of luck lovelife matey - think you will need it but you could be successful I suppose.
Coldspy reference stupid - may I ask what your true "average" price is - don't tell me you "averaged" down recently at all time lows and are in a "little profit" now.
Considering the amount of really true crap you have posted over the years - do you really think it is a good idea implying I am stooopid?!
What is this reference to "shift" - do you genuinely think I am a paid de-ramper or "something"?
I can tell you - truly - I hold no shares, am not trying to de-ramp to get in at a lower price and have no intention of opening a short or buying any more in at least 6 months.
What I was asking for the stoopid among "us" - is the fact that the gas prices are likely to rise the sole reason for purchasing IOG - if so - would you not think this is a risky "strategy" and there may be better "bets" "elsewhere"?
I was looking for other "reasons" for purchasing - that was all?
As ever all IMHO and more importantly always DYOR!!
PI / K3 - so am I assuming correctly that the whole reason to buy IOG shares now is because the winter prices may rise?
Do you not think there should be better more fundamental reasons for purchasing a stock than the product they produce needs to go up in value to ensure their survival?
I think there are better "risked" propositions available in the current low price E&P market do you not?
Just arking like and as ever all IMHO, DYOR.
It's not just the communications that are crap - it is the actual delivery - which is why the share price is where it is.
Until the positive confirmation bias fan clubs realise this and attempt to invoke "real" change this will continue - for a lot longer. As ever all IMHO DYOR.
Except you lied yesterday Geld - saying you had spoken to the BS'er Emperor rather than forecast the RNS this morning?
SQZ - you did well at SQZ as I did many eons ago - but be careful it doesnae mean you're a f'ing genius who can spot stuff others cannae.
Step back, look at the facts and not some "feeling" you may have and then you'll see this is a 50:50 "bet" at best now, there is significant risk compared to SQZ years ago and probably the biggest difference being that in TCW - they had a management team absolutely incomparable to the motley crew here and residing in a different universe let alone solar system - lol!!
All IMHO and DYOR of course and of course best of luck to all.
