To be clear, no kudos to PB for following that (obvious rescue) "strategy" of course. All IMHO and DYOR!

I was commenting from my personal perspective, in that had I inferred, probably very reasonably imminently, I would personally, have felt let down especially considering the normal obfuscatory responses for any real clarifications, that seem to get eventually produced ever.

Anyway, as I have said before, I don't think much can be relied upon with such communications and whilst I certainly don't agree about some of the VAT comments today, there is certainly a lot of "general market mistrust" here and, as ever all IMHO.

I agree I've worked in senior positions in various listed companies and whilst there may have been say a total 6 -9 months a year we couldn't "trade" various shares etc it certainly was never as restricting as it appears to get at TXP. If I were johno, I'd feel personally let down by being told such things and respectfully chase for a response, why it hadn't crystallised as previously understood? (I'd also seek clarification about what distortion of market and overlapping trades actually means for one thing ?!) I think the reason why people don't chase such clarifications is as GGG has explained re toys and pram!! It comes to something when I "trust " far far more an anonymous poster on a free BB posts than what the CEO "says" and we all know who that is!! All IMHO as ever of course!!

Yes GGG post re Gonzo still absolutely stands plus also got to admit agree with Stas last post about this "find".

All looking "good" and hopefully Gonzo has learnt a few (very basic, lol!) "Gung-ho" lessons on Casca and doesn't somehow f this potential gift again!

No kudos to Gonzo though as the strategy to acquire these assets was always obvious from the Casca discovery and had that been handled properly from back then we could have likely procured this asset for f all dilution.

Chiggers I questioned whether they were in fact the sweet points but was lambasted for that as they were development wells, lol.

If investors are taking guidances from what is posted on free bbs (albeit repetitive but pretty good summaries) then good luck to them.

There are other obvious strategic f ups as well, that you've chosen not to mention or simply aren't aware of IMHO. so it's certainly not such a short list and that is also why this will likely be a tortuous journey "back", again IMHO.

Whilst I 100% follow a lot of what you post I'll comment on some of your points if I may?

1. CB dies have a lot of "heterogeneous" history compared to Cascadura IMHO.

2. T&T on and near offshore has been historically difficult to drill, less so "real" offshore.

3. That does not mean there is significant upside for Shell for these assets but there certainly could be for TXP?

4. That is not to say that the acquisition was a stroke of genius from Gonzo as it was absolutely glaringly obvious from the discovery of Casca and effectively TXP have overpaid significantly more than they should have, due to significant operating and "strategic" (lol) f ups from the

aforementioned, IMHO.

4. BD was brilliant, experienced and a lovely chap 100% agree.

Well it's the same story every day about Gonzo not buying shares. Looks like the general market applying the same principles anyway, buyers wouldn't want to distort the market or overlap trades etc. whatever that may mean of course?!

Because he said he would ages ago and it is a fair inference that it would have been before the well results. He's not purchased with any material amount for years whilst talking the shares up hence so why not buy now after all this value destruction? IMHO.

Lol, the one time anything he says may come true out of what, the last ten things that haven't and this is for the "bought in" assets?!

What's the latest reason for his not buying the shares he promised to johno? Something about not overlapping trades or distorting the market. Ffs lol!!

I know you don't believe me but I have about 250k @ early forties (ahem, lol) and had written them off but was so so near to purchasing more after the way they spoke of these tests being within expectations and being so comfortable recently?! Perhaps they could have offered the results (today) back then and let the market decide how comfortable it was. Really, really bad (and I thought the "new" management were significantly better than that) IMHO.

CRL I'm with your "TXP feelings" 100% mate and have every respect for you as a good (hard!) man but, if you're not aware PANR, have had their own Gonzo moment so whilst I think he's a bit of an idiot and has been very disrespectful to me (SM) I have am very empathetic to how he must be feeling at the moment. I hold PANR but insubstantial amounts but boy, I personally cannot get my head around all the amazing positive comments recently there, only to be told they have produced 100 fing bbls of oil in recent test and, best to "let it rest" for a while, FFS, the Gonzo effect is spreading! I believe SM was highly exposed there and wish him well. All IMHO.

Whilst we are conversing about crap companies and management teams I sincerely wish Andrew Austin (one of my other holdings SM, but hey I dont post there because perennial idiot PRO banned me from his threads and how could I possibly criticise the excellent AA anyway?) had taken some lessons from Gonzo with regard to how to acquire assets, as can so easily be seen, KISTs deal is just so incomparable to what a real experienced, top notch management team can deliver! IMHO.

That's rubbish JB, I've had two posts removed purely for "spoiling the mood", recently. The fact they were 100% right doesn't matter. In excess of those two can you repeat on here, the post that got my channel removed and let's see how rude it was? Where are Gonzo's purchases plus a validation around his supposed 2 CAD average share price costs, LOL? There is a lot of reasonable analysis on Discord , which has probably taken some time to do? Maybe a few minutes working out PB's average cost of shares would be a useful indicator, especially if he averages down as promised?! Somehow I don't think that analysis will be done though as it casts another potential question around integrity of "information" provided?

Absolutely its f all however I have a couple of points re EGM.

1. They are expensive and we (TXP) don't have the money to waste?

2. Even if you get EGM they are rarely successful unless you have a proposed management team in place.

3. "We" do not and it would be very difficult to find any decent CEO willing to take on this BS and supporting team as most are useless (as has been often repeated by me over the years).

4. So whilst 100% i support nearly everything GGG says I think it is an overly emotional response and not the right

time.

5. Saying that I personally think its pretty terminal regarding long termer shareholder return so f it, I'll 100% support if you do get a vote GGG but think we will lose which would further empower Gonzo to issue further confetti! All IMHO!

Hey nocents, they have every right to do what they want over on happy clappy land but I know of 2 simply brilliant and more importantly relevant experienced people who "gave up " there years ago, arguing with half marks who simply didn't know what they didn't know. I persevered for a lot longer but since my channel removed for merely reminding people of total crap previously written and taken as gospel at the time, even I have given up and I am like a dog with a bone in normal life (!)

Also. simply my original "investment" not worth the time or hassle anymore. Plus of course recently a couple of risk assessment posts were removed as it "spoiled the mood" (wtf!!). The fact that the original concepts etc were pretty irrelevant of course didn't matter lol and posts were removed from "my" channel which was aways meant to be a "free zone" to post any opinions etc more often very derogatory towards me but that was fine in my opinion?

I do however think now is not the time for EGM, let's see how much the BoD buy shares for, at historic low prices of course and, how, what looks like worrying funding gaps will be "balanced"? I know what i think is on its way and probably the only viable route?

What more can one say, IMHO, its pretty binary now and the time for real change was at last AGM. as was pointed out by me at the time and a couple of others of course.

I did say the last AGM was the last possible time to stop the rot!!

However, the consolation is, I'm looking forward to the next irrelevant detailed answers from Gonzo, he's a great guy for providing all that.
