I was also present at that meeting as I have been at all the previous meetings. It would be true to say that Zara has at previous meetings been more than willing/happy to hand around for a glass or two afterwards and in my case answered all my personal questions to my satisfaction about the Company and also a very detailed synopsis of his background and how he made his money. Most enlightening!

I would agree that in general with 5p that most left the drinks official and over the road session ( I think we all enjoy beer rather that corporate wine) in a positive mood despite the frustrations of no names of the majors at that time.

I did however question tim at yellow jersy both at the beginning of the drinking and again when the booze had flowed abut Zaza presence. He was straight forward in saying that zaza had a conference call to make. I have no reason to disbelieve him.

I am afraid this like so many other things at the moment due to radio silence we are all in the positing of trying to be experts in the art of guessology . No doubt there is a university in the UK doing both graduate and post grad courses in this which are supposed to mean something perhaps combined with mixology so you can claim you have a double first!- but that is another subject which at least I hope is an arts course rather than a science course

Whilst i am sure many of us would like to know a lot more especially about the finances especially with the partial evidence in partial bundle for the court. Indeed Mr Mole made it clear that he has a few questions to ask the auditors (should be fun auditors hate being asked questions from share holders) but that will have to wait.

Zaza has recently stated at one of his meetings that the operational side of the Company ie ion the field was running at zero loss, Not sure if that any use but it is what it is.

Some on here who will know better than, I believe that the production levels at the time of that statement have increased not that it will make any difference to the finances but may pay for a few beers

The other day it was posted the MR Mole unfortunately is having some family related problems hence the reson for him not being as active as he was. I would also say that there really not lot that he would want to say at this juncture as in truth we are all just killing time.

I know many on here including me wish him well and hope matters resolve themselves satisfactorily as quckley as possible.

I am sure any comments on here will be relayed to him.

you are indeed right of the BP super computer! its capabilities are both massive and fast. At the time BP was highly criticized for what was a huge investment. Many other big oil companies though they were mad at the time..
To give people a clue - if you buy a gallon of petrol at the pump it affects the speed and production coming out of the ground almost instantly thus saving a fortune on unnecessary storage of crude. and over production at the cracker. Many big oilers wish they had the capability. If all this works out well for us and the vast amount of data we have is really going to help having this capability which I presume will be made available. It will make field development quicker. more accurate and for us a real extra benefit speed of development so money in the bank quicker - as long as every thing else goes well. It is also easy to forget will all this bru ha ha going that Bp have already said that our gas is good enough quality to enter their gas inter connector and the istance from the fields in pipe line terms is not only relatively short - technically easy and the already given support for access over the land by the Georgian Gov.. It is why in general I am not looking for a quick buck. Although I may sell a small quality as I have decided that if this legal stuff comes good I want a skiing holiday (without the wife but with the lads)as it looks like the snow will be good this year . Megeve ( my fav resort) here I come I hope!

zaza has made it clear that share consolidation will not take place until the share price is 2p or more upon broke advice. I personally would say nearer to 3p. There is very little advantage and quite a few negatives if it takes place below such advice. If I had my way it would not be until 5p

A very well considered view. My only comment is that that a new NOMAD may come quicker than the eleventh hour as things stand at the moment. Their is just a hint that either due to the whole chabang AIM may consider an extension whilst some kind of negotiations take place to get a new Nomad in which case it may be after the time limit or very quickly ie a couple more days especially if WHI are willing to take it on. All the rest = Well done

If it were to be WH Ireland they may not need to go the long way around to get references. see my previous post but my Broker mentioned that if were WH Ireland all the information would already be held by them -so just an internal but fire-walled action I am not saying it will be them but it makes a lot of sence

I am not say you are wrong about tim @YJ . I would just add that in speaking to Tim at the meetings he has been out to the rigs many times as they take the official photo's etc. He has made it clear to me that YJ with Zaza's agreement are try new methods of investor relations and are actively introducing their new ideas to other clients.

I would not view them as working in the box so to speak but trying so called new ideas in a relatively conservative sector. I am not making any judgment on if what they do works or not but expect the unexpected with them subject to their clients agreement

Sorry to inject whilst some are aski legitimate questions and getting answers!
We have all had to suffer the emotional shock of suspension coupled with the release of PARTIAL of Court Papers ( which provide us with the BP connection. However without further definitive information everything else is guesswork - again fully understandable. What I do not understand is the excessive statements like "ALL is Lost etc" Even on on an informed guesswork basis this is clearly not a matter of fact - indeed if it were true we would have or soon will be officially informed! I do not think this is very helpful especially to those who are not that well experienced. Many Companies have been through much worse and happily come out the other side. It is all just part of a roller coaster. I seem to remember not that long ago that the end of BP was predicted some who were well respected commentators but prediction is all it was

Things seem to be hotting up in geogia! It seems that Total are now sniffing around the area. So BP. Exon and now Total. If all the present stuff works out it could get very interesting. Remember Zaza said what we have is too big for just one major.

Does anybody know where Mr jones hs gone? I am really very concerned that my previous I thought reasonable questions to him would have been easy to answer - after all he had stated that he had fully researched all the experts - a point of view I would say to anybody about DYOR and I would hope would be supported by all on this board.
I do hope that he does not feel upset - there has been enough of that in recent days on this board over the last few days but thankfully most have been able to take stock and clam down whilst we wait to see what happens.

Given that we live in a snowflake society these days for the very young, Westminster bubble types and the criminally insane ( please add if you wish) I am very concerned for his/her/it/ not yet made their mind up. may be "unwell" due to the vitriol that may have been poted.
Should we mount an internal investigation or call the police in case self harming is taking place. What do people think? I am a very caring sort of person.

Thanks for the link. I to seem to think they are using Mourant. For those who do not have a great deal of experience or Knowledge in the field. This could not be a better firm. If you go to their website and just look at their ares of expertise ( which is not part of the sales pitch side) They can certainly put a team together to cover all the areas I can think of in play and more. Given what we know they will have had a team working on this for some time

I am even more confident that this is a well planed strategy by the Company and will be very well advised. I believe we are seeing the tactical play at present. This is bloody fight as yet not being really being playing out in the court room YET

This may well turn out to be a slam dunk on the steps of the Court - Hope so any way!
