The latest Investing Matters Podcast with Jean Roche, Co-Manager of Schroder UK Mid Cap Investment Trust has just been released. Listen here.
Hemming, still looking to buy, will decide in the next day or so, hoping the share price falls to around 2p, although I may jump in tomorrow. There was supposed to be an RNS today, but no sign, that's what's holding me up. You will always notice if there is good news ahead the share price rises before the news is released and vice versa, so I'm a bit nervous at the moment, the spread is also reasonable.
This company is going down the tubes, there is supposed to be an RNS tomorrow morning, if that's the case there mustn't be anything to report worth talking about, as it would have reflected in the share price one way or the other.
Forgot to mention the spread is horrendous, how would you expect anyone to invest in this company.
I told you all months and months ago, this share is a real dog, and it won't get any better, It's like having a brand new car with no engine.
I would just like the company to come clean on whatever is happening, asset maybe brilliant, but if they have no money, what good are assets, as some vultures will come in and clean the company and us. I'm not convinced this company is on a sound footing, there are two many negatives. Having said that it suits me at the current share price, I will bide my time and get in at below 3p wait for a year and either have a substantial return or hang myself.
Beeshoney, directors are all tarred with the same brush, and what is very annoying is, they still get their big fat salaries. Its unfortunate some P.I s listen to all the nonsense from some of those posters, who don't know there A** from their elbow, as regards news, it will be privy to the chosen few before we get to hear by then it's normally to late. 2 pence is looking very possible..
Snadhopper, very good and decent reply, I hope you recoup your losses, but what gets me is these CEO's coming out with news which quiet frankly isn't true, and CZA aren't the only company, they are all at it and the reason behind it, is to keep their big fat salaries going as long as possible. By the way you said you had some biotech companies, Did you ever invest in a company called Proteome Sciences.
This is a great company and David Brown is Top Dog, really nice salary, he is worth it, share price really good. Wake Up., I have applied for a job in this company as CEO ( chief Bull s==ter ) spread disgraceful.
Hemm, coal prices still going up Vele/Mooiplaats are in play, share price crap, wise up man.
This company may have potential 20 years down the line, but short term (3/5 years ) its a dog and will need loads of cash to bring it on, and the market does not like uncertainty, my view is stay clear, or you may or may not get roasted/shafted. still the BOD are still getting their big fat salaries, love it.
The RNS is that good all sells today, that speaks for itself, big spread not as big as before but still big The board of directors are worse than the very old cars salesmen, ( gangsters ). Stay with this company if you have a long term view ( for your granddaughter/son ) or have invested a small amount that you don't give a hoot about.
The latest RNS isn't good or bad news, it tells me the share price is going to hover between 3/4p over the next 2/3years hence not a good short term investment, maybe a long term investment ( 10/20 years ), but god knows what could happen in between, cash flow, court cases, take overs and many other unforeseen events, plus the lies and deceit. As you all know when companies release these bulletins they over hype the good news and be very positive about the bad news, leading folk to believe the bad news is actually good news as their big fat salaries continue. Assets mean nothing if you haven't the cash to release them ( fire sale springs to mind )
Yet another load of nonsense from Pearce, I don't think this guy is capable of telling the truth. Fund raiser shortly you can bet your life on that. ( within the month )
When are you going to realise that this company is falling apart, Never mind about David Brown and his cohorts, the share price speaks for itself 3p.
more buys than sells and the share price is showing red, I can't believe people are still this share, as we have been filled full of Bull for far to long.
All sells today, spread 32%, There is not much noise from the good doers, all very quite and rightly so, you all should be ashamed of yourselves, telling people the deal was done and dusted and making David Brown out to be your guardian angel, D Brown won't be a bit concerned as his big fat salary continues, he really did turn the company around to 3p per share, well done David you have made a whole lot of P.I.s poor. Skinner, did you not read Friday's RNS, the deal has lapsed, ( I think that means it's not going ahead )
I see the sells and buys are similar, which looks encouraging.
Hemm, was just letting other PIs know that this company wasn't all it was painted out to be.
Now its black and white, no deal, share price 2.5p disaster. Now was Duke right or not. I have been in the stock market so long, this had failure written all over it. So I am now waiting for all the good doers to retract all their nonsense. Was looking to get in at some stage at around this price, but wouldn't touch this company with a barge pole, and yes the directors are all still getting their big fat salaries.
einvestein,do you mean 0.10p instead of 10p, still no news on the deal, and as I have said before the market always get wind first well before us, so you can take it as read no deal, why do you fill peoples heads with nonsense. The share price speaks for itself.by the way long term can mean anything between 1-20 years plus.
