Our CEO thinks new wells in Spain (El Romeral) could be next with the Italian permits and drilling to follow next year once the 3D seismic survey has been completed. In any event it seems we are entering a high activity phase which should see Prospex revenues grow very substantially higher in the near term future.

Also worth noting that design, planning and permitting of a 3d seismic campaign over the entire production concession is underway and is described as 'most imminent'. Drilling applications to be filed by end this month.

Shareholders can feel confident that revenues will grow substantially in the near term future.

GMS rolling out another Garrett Pohlman production is of itself a desperate attempt at ramping. Pohlman has been pushing the PSE test for an age. All to no avail. Meantime alternative tests are being developed and offered at lower cost.

Episwitch is good science but Burrows et al could not sell a life jacket to a drowning man. Until they get validation at scale the SP here will ensure many shareholders are under water.

Good to see GMS has been consistent in his attempts to ramp this dog. Burrows has certainly delivered bucket loads of worthless hype and a voracious appetite for shareholders money. What he hasn't delivered are sales and that's what really matters.

Nice RNS signalling a 4 to 5 fold increase in production in the near term. Real potential to see PXEN revenues increase by £15 to 20 million p.a.

The 'deals' are all too often nothing more than agreements that episwitch tests may be offered to patients if deemed appropriate.

Shortly after the fanfare of the BUPA 'deal' came the news of a series of seminars that were to be held to build awareness with BUPA contracted doctors. A bit like the CiRT workshops that were held in the USA that failed to generate meaningful sales.

When considering the commercialisation efforts odf OBD my advice would be not to confuse initiatives such as non-binding joint venture agreements with legally enforceable sales contracts.

When they inevitably launch another test in a few months time I hope it identifies biomarkers indicative of commercial nouse. I'd personally buy one of those for the entire senior management team and make a significant contribution to boosting sales in the process.

A gulf deeper than the Grand Canyon exists between tests that are laboratory validated (they seem to work in repeatable manner for a small sample size that doesn't adequately represent the age range and genetics of the population as a whole) and full medical validation derived from a randomised control trial at scale.

An important practical difference is that the majority of medics will hesitate to use tests that are not approved by relevant authorities. I wonder if this might correlate with the lack of sales 2 years after the launch of CiRT and almost a year since PSE was "commercialised"?

If you want to sell any episwitch tests at the volumes required to make the company grow and be profitable we need fully validated tests and you don't get that by being a bit part contributor to a trial involving 250 people! The board of OBD would rather busy themselves developing yet more variants of episwitch than show a determination to secure regulatory approval of any of the tests they have already "commercialised".

So instead of Transform with a large (tens of thousands) and diverse (age and genetics) cohort designed to satisfy regulators we get a US version of Prostogram with a handful of patients that will do nothing to advance proper validation yet will consume resource for 5 years.

In the meantime, we get a rehash of previous CiRT marketing that has accomplished nothing of note in the two years since the commercial launch of that test.

I don't believe these guys can be this incompetent. I can believe they are happy to try to attract fresh investors by repackaging failed marketing initiatives. After all they have lifestyles to support.

The only thing they are validating is their inability to prioritise and focus on commercialisation. R&D of multiple 'products' is an expensive hobby when you have zero income.

When an expert endorsement includes the phrase ." I believe that the eventual implementation of these tests also has potential" it begs questions about how the limited finances are being spent.

With some significant shareholders on board could we see BHP go hostile with their bid?
