Agree with your comments. My question is more rhetorical. What if they were to successfully relist/partner/licence in the US as a way to keep the lights on? Do any of us actually understand the practical implications? For example, could this just be a way of them securing a management buy out of the IP so they can sell it and make a fast buck stateside?

RNS seems to hint that they think.they can raise funds in the US but probably not in the UK. Of course most of the senior management gravy train reside in the US and claim to be experienced in the US medical markets. (Experienced like you have never seen before to use a Trumpian description).

Question is what would this " hiving-off" mean for UK shareholders? Will they try to re-list in the US and take the IP with them? Would existing shareholders be offered new shares for old? How might this look?

Do some research on PXEN. They have a very positive newsflow imminent and look set to be bought out by a big fish with Heyco Energy already building a shareholding. Please don't throw more money at this gravy train crash.

If episwitch could identify a genetic fingerprint for baseless optimism they could instantly boost sales by targeting some of the posters on this board.

Another placing is coming and the response of our management team is to double the size of the PSE sales team and abandon the companies one time flagship product. Must be close to the point where every PSE test comes with a dedicated salesperson and laboratory, yet they claim to be reducing the burn rate.

A new BoD is urgently required if shareholders are to see any return. With the mcap plumetting by the day I am now wondering why no big pharma company is making an offer to.buy the IP.

It isn't the first time Burrows has blown major opportunities to validate or enhance the credibility of our technologies. I doubt I will ever forget the farcically comedic sight of him pretending to be knowledgeable about the Transform project by reading from a crib sheet before announcing that it was critical that OBD should be participants.

He is a disaster. He offers no strategy and no leadership and quite clearly does not properly nform himself or the company of state funded opportunities to help commercialise our products. He needs to be gone as the chances of this company surviving as a going entity look increasingly slim with him at the helm.

The company is building a portfolio of onshore assets that are easy and cheap to drill and likely to be extremely profitable. They have the luxury of prioritising projects if they wish but with revenue from Viura adding to existing production revenues within weeks, they will be more than capable of financing simultaneous drilling of wells. The growth curve here looks to be exponential.

Yes of course they will be drilling for CH4. The fact that an academic association says that Viura 1B is probably the last drilling activity in Spain is flatly contradicted by the Heyco Business Director's remarks in the same article. For example he talks about Heyco drilling further wells in 2025 and reminds us that the El Romeral concession is also 'in force' with a 10 year extension having just been granted by the regulators. Personally I'd expect someone directly involved in the industry to have a more realistic take on future activities than a representitive of an academic association. This opinion is bolstered by Heyco's recent investment in PXEN.
