According to some AMC was in atleast two of yesterdays british newspapers. Does AMC pay for these newspaper articles? doesn't seem a coincidence to be in two papers the same day. Looks like it was another approach to allow the death spiral financers to dump, which didnt seem to work as yesterdays trading volume was only 1,193,029
Regarding all the talk about LME warehouse nickel stock. As it will take >5 years for any company to get AMURS Ni out the ground, by the time they have wouldn't the LME charts have changed. IE todays price is irrelevant unless some company is able to read the future by 6 years...
Otherwise this share will keep falling.
Cossy, from memory I believe Nick Mather is from Australia, and SOLG only joined the TSX and Main market a few months ago, NM has had a large holding in his own company for years as do many other CEOS of companies they believe in... As for RY not being able to buy shares, I dont buy it... usually there are some periods when you are not permitted to buy, but there are also periods of freedom, and if not he has alawys had the option to take some of his salary in shares, but he clearly does not want to, and neither do any of the other BOD members, to a rational person it should ring alarm bells, but you are blind with ignorance. Take a look at SXX, another company where the BOD own tens of millions of GBP. Its laughable and pathetic that the BOD of AMC(a 12 year old company) own silly amounts like $14k, and $120k etc... Yet they have salaries exceeding $300k per year.
Nolosstillsell, last night you asked me the question what was SOLGs ceo salary in comparison to AMCs ceo, did you see my reply? I noticed it was deleted because it contained too much truth to handle. Here it is again SOLG CEO Nick Mather - 86,269,570 Shares, sold @ todays SP = $19,324,383 AMC CEO Robin Young - 2,306,068 Shares, Sold @ todays SP = $120,837 You see when you're a CEO who believe's in your own company, you own NINETEEN MILLION GBP in shares. When you dont really believe, you own 1/4 of your yearly salary in shares.
Just when I said todays RNS is to allow the death spiral financer Riverfort to dump they go and release an RNS to confirm it. Hahahahaha. 2 Death Spiral Financers both fighting each other to dump shares, The SP is only going one direction, and thats down.
You guys are funny... "takeover on horizon now"... You been saying that for like 7 years now. Even the comment "even RY said its big now"... err we all knew it was big, hes been saying it was big for the last 10 years. The true reason we are getting regular releases of RNS now is because we have two death spiral financers about to begin unloading both at the same time. The company needs normal private investors to buy the share being dumped by Crede and Riverfort, and without such buying the sp not withstand the selling volume. Sorry to poop on your parade.
Reads "VOBM#5 is underperforming..." Jay Cheatham, CEO, said: "I am extremely pleased that we have finally cracked the code, we can clearly see that if #VOBM6 doesn't turn out as expected then #VOBM7 has potential, and if that ends up limited, we always have VOBM#8 Nothing we have seen diminishes our belief in the potential of the acreage." **BANG WOHOOO YEAAAAAAA GO JAY SUPER OILMAN OF THE CENTURY NONE LIKE HIM** **There are cheers and roars from the shareholders, they are go mad with enthusiasm, What a brilliant CEO and company to be in.** W***NKERS
I tried to catch the falling knife with PANR when the SP was 90p, I thought 16 months ago that eventually the team's problems would stop and the tide would change. How wrong was I? 16 months on today and the morons still cannot do what they are paid to do. $100k salary for Jay for what exactly?
What do you make of Jay attempting to drill horizontally, wasting $100k+ in service fees, months of time, breaking many drill bits, then stating he will "never attempt horizontall again" Only to then say last month he will be trying Horizontal drilling again? Is the guy some sort of NUTTER? Or more likey he sees that its the Investors who are nutters who buy this share. And yes Julio, it is the shittiest share on AIM.
Before PANR gets just ONE thing right. Then they will relapse back into problem mode. How can anybody here actually believe the BOD have the capability to keep the sucess continous? Any success here imo will be based upon luck, the universe will align itself in PANRS favour.
