Why posts which highlighted the truth and therefore didn't ramp AMC were deleted by the admin team.
Robin(AMC) has been in contact with Scott(LSE), discussing the fact that AMC is losing its retail investor base due to 8 years and hardly any progress, with this the two Death Spiral Financer's are loosing the volume to dump shares into.
AMC's deposit is miles away in Russia, The Power Plants and Roads that were discussed by Robin Young 6 years ago in this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GwV_cIOFZ3c need to be built in Russia, AMUR/Robin has been asking for support form the Far East Fund in Russia. So why is he hositng an Investor event all the way in London?
Why is AMC spending money on these events that serve only to dupe Retail investors into buying into a stock with two Death Spiral Financers that are dumping a huge number of shares on a monthly basis.
I am attending the event and WILL(even if I have to shout over everybody) ask the following questions
1) To Robin : Why is your salary over �320,000 per annum? Why do you believe you are worth this when you have done barely the absolute basics of an Expoloration company and havn't delieved much over the last 10 years.
2) To Robin : In addition to above, why do youalso accept bonuses of a further �30k for work that you are already CLEARLY overpaid for.
2) To Robin : Why do you always mention that AMC will get its own smelter to increase revenue when you do not even have the drawing plans for the power plants and road that are mandatory needed first, you are talking about running whilst you havnt even learnt to walk.
3) To Robin : Over the last 8 years, you and the other BOD have bought hardly ANY shares in your own company, only last month you agreed to buy a measly �800 quid each.
To put the Directors holdings into perspective at todays SP of 5p
Robin : 2306068 shares = �115k
Paul : 138500 shares = �7k
Brian : 340013 shares = �17k
Robert : 438249 shares = �21k
Considering the company has been about for over 8 years, what a lousy number of shares you BOD's hold? it doesnt appear that you have much faith in your own company does it?
Considering You are paid over �320k Robin I would have thought you may have a bigger holding, not to mention that atleast �35k of your holding was gifted to you for normal work.
4) You called our previous Death Spiral Financer an "Investor" at a previous AGM, do you accept you were compltely off the mark after Crede crashed the Share price and still have ammo to dump to this date?
