So, the PREM board is all tizzy about VAST being on an EPO list....no link, however.

Whilst the MNH deal provides some firming support to the share price, I had some qualms about Roach's reaction to the question on the Zulu EPO and the presidential signature.

(Veterans from EEL in 2008 [Equator Exploration] will be keenly aware of all the talk of a Nigerian presidential pen poised to sign and many of us got our fingers burned big time. Hoping PREM is different).

Starbuck911 - to clarify, at this price I'm still 200% on half of my holding from .11-12 and even stevenes on the other half so I'm quite lucky, as well as stoical.

I think the "shortprophets"/Winnifrith blast further unsettled the boat. I've resolved not to follow the LSE bulletin board during the day. Don't have the time for one thing and 97% of posters have no more information than I do and the other flotsam and jetsam comments fray the nerves too much.

I am hoping that come mid-December, we'll look back at the froth of the last few days (and several weeks) and see it for what it is - peripheral, distracting and unnerving froth mixed with a little exploitation from the Winnifrith outfit.

The use of 'purely' travel schedules in the RNS leaves me flummoxed.
Without going too far, I am sceptical about the reason listed in the RNS.

1. On Saturday 19th, the issue was (reportedly) modalities of shareholding.

2. On Tuesday 22nd, the issue (per RNS) is "purely" travel schedules.

i.e. Between 19th and 22nd, modalities of shareholding have ceased to be an issue.

What else happened between 19th and 22nd?

sandyshore.....I have read your 18.42 post and have emphasized that finalization mentioned in an article is not likely to have been completed by 21/22 Oct.

ZCDC chairperson, Engineer Kilian Ukama, confirmed the development saying while the joint venture deal will be concluded next month, modalities on the shareholding structures are being finalised.

"We shall be doing our best to ensure that the deal is finalised. remember [sic] there were some issues that were really of greater concern but we believe the signing of the agreement next month will put everything into the right direction," Ukama said.

I would've thought this is quite a substantial matter and SHOULD HAVE BEEN REFERENCED IN AN RNS.

It only appeared on October 19 so I don't think the 'finalization' would have occurred so quickly in time for October 22, let alone Oct 21.

In retrospect, the warnings were there and some astute holders/traders spotted Ukama's statement and may have anticipated this dip.

Possibly, *************/Winnifrith et al. also read something similar and decided to exploit it. Worth a brief shorting attack??

Now we have to trail back through Oct 19. If there were serious collaboration, collegiality and a bit of helpful basic courtesy, the link would have been posted.

Unless they're expecting to make a quick 10-20% profit after what will be an early turbulent morning's trading tomorrow.

I once took out an L2 subscription online. I wished to cancel it. Not possible to do online or by email. ONLY by a letter to their address. I was in Slovakia at the time. I simply replaced my debit card instead to cancel it.

Maybe a Zimbabwe government minister/civil servant/businessman etc.... :)
