Personally what I see happening is, once the target is identified, a substantial fundraise at a premium to acquire the target. I'd imagine that's why insiders are buying stock now. Either way, it'll be a premium and I tend to put 2 and 2 together. The usual suspects are congregating around MOGP either on the board or buying stock.

The exits at 0.33p and 0.36p were important. Almost certainly PIs that entered on day 1 at 0.34-0.35p that don't know what they bought. The stock didn't drop so those PIs will end up buying back out of FOMO. IIs are taking it up.

BoD will have to update the market if it's not ready in March. So I fully expect this report to be with us this next couple weeks, because let's be honest, the BoD have it now.

Remember the target also wants relevant listed company operational and strategic experience, so look at the background of U.K. SPAC for direction.

Sell side is non existent. Take out the two MMs sitting at 0.30p and price to play here jumps to 0.35p. Next MM above that is 0.37p.
