Considering every man and his dog with "a project" is valued at £20-40m, years from any hope of project finance and in a world where very few make it to construction, I'd call this super cheap relative to development stage and must re-rate upon financial close.

This launch along with keeping StoneChecker gives more avenues to revenue. The patent approval will give partners confidence and increase value.

Sort of agree - I mean Harry is the dilution king but gave RAB its gift in the placing around 0.65p that I was quite vocally annoyed by at the time.

The macro environment has however changed for gold and equities since the beginning of the year. I'm betting on a result this month - could be tomorrow. If Harry is now debating up to 70% from prior 45%, there's a negotiated outcome somewhere in that range.

At £40m cap, the project is too cheap. The NPV is a number for the banks - reality is the mine will produce ounces outside of the model.

Saudi projects are being viewed as a source of dilution so won't be valued significantly at their current stages. Excellent licence area however and huge potential.

I imagine the two parties were too far apart on valuation in the end but if IQAI can build up sales directly and via third parties, the cash will start to flow through into results. IQAI will also have a broader portfolio of owned products and rather than being a "project generator". Not the immediate shot-in-the-arm expected but the value is building.

I suspect AIM regulator is overwhelmed by events of 2020 such as the share price ascent, suspension and FSP, and has applied additional checks on EUA. At this crucial time, EUA is being extra squeaky clean.
