But it's probably worth 10x that to Big Pharma

So it could be $1.6B Dollar deal...to Big Pharma

That last trade today was me buying a few more and averaging down which I've done six times in the past two weeks ! lol

This is my worst performing stock by a country mile, which I feel has the best potential upside by a country mile :-)

There was obviously a generous handout of options in December (some might suggest too generous) and any incentive for BOD to buy at full sp is likely greatly diminished.

The BOD now have a decent % of issued share capital...

Just need the Stalicla deal to go well in the short term and we should see some upward sp movement (imo)

· $0.5m upfront, $0.5m on completion of the, already fully financed, Evgen-sponsored human volunteer Phase 1 study (anticipated during Q2 2023).
Milestone payments up to commercial launch are $26.5m, including $5m on grant of IND by the FDA (anticipated in late 2023). Total milestones of $160.5m are payable to the Company in relation to the first neurodevelopmental disorder indication under the license. Royalties payable to Evgen on sales are in the low to medium double-digit range in all scenarios, including on-licensing by Stalicla and use of SFX-01 in further licensed indications.

Plenty to get optimistic about here with further evidence of radio sensitisation by SFX-01 and Preliminary results from Phase 1b study.

I fell asleep twice listening to this recent discussion but leapt off the sofa at 1 hour, seven mins and seventeen secs when Mark Yusko said they were invested in an Israeli firm that makes ASICs which are about to launch a miner that was so fast and so efficient he says it caused Intel to close down the new division they recently set up !

I did get the impression that after the Phase 1b study of new SFX-01 tablet formulation and delivery of active ingredient beyond the stomach we could expect something to happen from Dr Grace Chen, University of Michigan, potential anti-tumour effects of SFX-01 in models of colorectal cancer.

Colorectal cancer is the third most common cancer type worldwide; in 2020, almost 2 million cases were diagnosed. Colorectal cancer is the second most common cause of cancer death, leading to almost 1 million deaths per year. This is despite the fact that effective screening techniques exist that could reduce the number of deaths from this disease.

I'm no expert but the images showing reduced tumour cell growth were impressive. I have no idea how that might compare to other meds but difficult not to see possible success...
