I'm not sure about the UAE deal, there was reference to more facilities in the Jan update and with a 20% holding and position on the BOD does that mean MARA could find themselves in a position where the 80% vote to expand ops leaving MARA in that Camels Nose situation I referred to ;-)

Mason sold CLSK one of their facilities for $33M cash plus 1,590,175 CLSK shares.
The deal is done, however CLSK hasn't paid all the cash yet so perhaps using ATM to pay the balance.
CEO is getting flack for $23m per annum compensation...
Also just started new ops build so most likely using ATM for some time...

I'm holding both and expect both to pop upwards at some point.

Fred has obviously given some investors the hump with that Abu Dhabi deal, could even be the straw that breaks the Camels back and some may see the deal as a Camels nose.
