If Alba can deliver a significant mineral resource from say the 10 km target they are unlikely to want to dig it all up in one go.

Say they match Bluejay's initial 23.6 MT resource and decide to simply skim the top 100 mm every year thus allowing for further thawing below ground level.

It's not like they need to bag the whole lot up in one season and ship it ! lol

Probably better to wait for the results before writing off Alba's TBS

If the 10 km does contain a significant mineral resource they could simply skim the top every year. There would be no need to dig to the maximum depth. Why would anyone try to mine say 20 - 40 million tonnes in one go !!

I like this concept and as you point out it would encourage thawing each year.

It has taken JAY years to find a sweet spot, drill it and provide images. Alba have only been in TBS for a year and with only a few months field work under their belt I think we can still expect good things from TBS.

JAY even seemed to suggest better results could be obtained from dredging so I'm happy to see if Alba can prove up this asset.

Things are looking good for JAY's prospects which is sure to help Alba with it's efforts

A significant maiden mineral resource may still be on the cards...

'The refined zones of interest within the licence are primarily those areas which were drilled, which amount to a total strike length of ilmenite-bearing sands of approximately 10km.' which is approx 6 Miles in old money

10,000 (strike length) x 2000 (possible width) x 2 (possible initial depth) and we could have 40,000000

If this were the case 40 Million Tonnes would approx match the initial resource of JAY on which they had a near £200 M MCAP

I'd be more than happy with that with the added possibility that the quality of ilmenite could be better.

I will have to admit that the mention of permafrost was not what I was hoping for, however the drilling and testing of 10km upto a depth of 2m is encouraging:

Other UKOG assets look like they are either going nowhere or will cost more than they are potentially worth.

If as many suspect PRIM sold their 80 odd millions shares recently I think we can attribute the recent drop to them... Well that's who i'm blaming

So while we all wait to see if Alba's news about HH, TBS, Inglefield, Ireland, Brockham and even Cloggy will make us slightly richer or slightly poorer would anyone like to consider the Flat Earth Theory ?

If we get good news from:

HH ETW's
BRX4z Kim Well appraisal
TBS maiden mineral resource
Inglefield field work
Ireland

and maybe Cloggy

We could reasonably expect a significant rise

If we don't get good results from the above we could see the opposite

No point in worrying until the above results come in..

We can expect Alba Half-Yearly Report to land anytime now

It seems like you are having an inner struggle regarding your Aim investments..

You could always put your money in a Bank, buy some Gold, or even buy Crypto.. There are many ways to lose your money, but you say you are £40K up and unhappy ?!
