Anyone have any thoughts on DOR's financials as of 30th Sept 2018 ?

I have a feeling something will be announced this week about DOR's position in HH or Brockham..

Might be my Gypsy instincts or the couple of drinks I've had today lol

DOR has 10% of HHDL, 20% of Lidsey and 10% of Brockham, Only a £3M MCAP on ASX and DL was flying over last week ?

I'd like to see Alba pick up that 10% of HHDL if DL could bear to part with it :-)

Might be wrong of course..( it wouldn't be the first time ! )

Why would DL come over otherwise ? Certainly not to get involved in the 'B' News :-|

GF interview should do Alba no harm in the coming weeks with a confident GF delivery.. Great time to take a position in Alba with low SP and a lot of irons in the fire.. LTH's probably a bit miffed at the low SP right now giving new investors a great entry point but good luck to those who can jump on at this price !!! HH looking very good Brockham high expectations from Kim Inglefield could be something special Ireland looking like it could well be prime real estate TBS has to deliver given it's proximity to JAY Cloggy 'there's Gold in them there hills' ;-) Amitsoq Graphite and it's the good stuff No wonder George looks confident !

humpa i'd say we really need to wait for the HH RNS to find out exactly how many Tankers have left HH...

Tanker numbers and sightings could be way off given some peoples excitement regards this aspect of the EWT's

I was pleased to see a couple of points highlighted on the presentation regards TBS:

'Independent Competent Person site visit completed, to enable resource estimation assessment following test results'

'First year’s environmental baseline studies completed, including extensive collection of samples of flora and fauna'

Let's hope the TBS news is great :-)

So Alba's one exploration licence (PL3824; 17.11 km²) within the highly prospective Limerick Basin (also known as the Pallas Syncline). The licence is 100% owned by Alba, was recently renewed to 26 May 2018 and covers Base Metals, Barytes, Gold and Silver.

TBH it's been rather dull without DZ's predictions of doom on here

Funding was always going to happen and if we are honest we all knew that..

So funds in place to progress HH EWT's, Brockham EWT's, Cloggy stuff, Limerick Drilling, TBS JORC ?, Inglefield and to bolster the companies working capital.

I'd say Alba is in great shape so long as Brockham and HH deliver..

TBS, Cloggy, Limerick and Inglefield are all interesting but we need the Oil chaps

When the Herd realise that Alba's combined holding in HH and Brockham should give it a much higher MCAP we should see a nice rise..

If TBS delivers the results we all hope for and people start to look at Alba's valuation against Bluejay things could really hot up !

Nice Gold prospect in the background at Cloggy and some other interesting and crucially not expensive assets and Alba looks great value..

I have to admit that I lost interest in DOR and my investment after the consolidation and then the move to ASX..

Felt like my investment albeit not large was of no importance to DL or DOR.

Presumably there are others like me that like the DOR investments but having already been burnt are reluctant to look at DOR again ?

Has anyone done any calculations to work out when they would break even again (those that did not sell on the move to ASX)

I'm still not convinced about Alba and the re-rating was long overdue.Nevertheless, there are plenty of mines operating in remote locations in the world that can only operate or ship on a seasonal basis. Some of the diamond mines in Siberia come to mind.

A more comparable example is the Red Dog mine in Alaska. It is the worlds largest zinc mine, accounting for 10% of global production, but only has a 100-day a year shipping season during the summer months. The rest of the year it is iced in, but the market has adapted to the seasonality.

If they go down the HMC route, there is massive processing capacity in China. Trust is not an issue....the Chinese will buy the HMC outright just like they do now from most of the Australian producers (Iluka, Tronox and Bemax all sell significant volumes of HMC into China). It's a much easier option than spending hundreds of millions on an MSP.

Is it safer to hedge and buy Alba? Or better to buy Ukog & Angus (or both) with Bigger M Caps?

Thule Black Sands field test results could begin to see Alba align with Bluejay (JAY MCAP circa £100 M)

For me UKOG's other assets look expensive and unlikely to deliver any returns (I could be wrong)

Angus still look cheap but only if Brockham delivers (anything like BB and they are fcuk'd and I'm not keen on Vonk)

If DOR were trading in the UK I think we would all take a slice of them but seems like the Aussies are less keen on UK Oil (can't say I blame them)

For me it's Alba and DOR (which probably means it's the other two ! lol)
