PtoP, just a friendly reminder of the basics when it comes to RNS and so-called “dusters”:

Under UK market rules (specifically the Market Abuse Regulation – MAR), a company listed on the London Stock Exchange is legally required to disclose price-sensitive information to the market without delay. This includes:

• Material results of drilling (e.g. commercial discovery, dry hole, or significant technical issues)

• Any information likely to influence an investor’s decision or the share price

So, if a well is a confirmed duster (i.e. completely dry and commercially unviable), the company must announce that immediately through an RNS. Silence would be a breach of MAR.

Now, in PRD’s case:

• There’s no RNS saying the well is a duster

• There’s no RNS saying the company is under investigation or charged

• The latest updates suggest technical and logistical complexity, but not a failure or abandonment

That tells you one thing: No disclosure = No duster (or at least, not confirmed).

If there were, Paul Griffiths would be legally obliged to inform the market.

Trying to extract any meaningful insight from this board lately feels like stepping into a school playground argument where every child insists they’re right – facts completely optional. It’s less an investor forum and more a chaotic echo chamber of rampers and trolls, each shouting louder than the other, both equally detached from reality.

The rampers peddle wild predictions and “any day now” fantasies, blind to balanced discussion or actual operational facts. Meanwhile, the trolls are hell-bent on tearing everything down, churning out negativity and deliberate misinformation with the same disregard for truth.

The result? A cesspit of noise where logic and credibility have left the building.

Anyone genuinely trying to follow PRD’s actual story – the RNS updates, asset development, or corporate strategy – is forced to wade through this circus of delusion and drivel. It’s like watching primary school kids argue about quantum physics: loud, passionate, but utterly clueless.

Here’s the reality: nothing on here can be taken at face value. Most posters are either emotionally invested, talking their book, or pushing an agenda. Very few seem remotely interested in objective, fact-based discussion. Until that changes, this board will remain one of the worst places to find genuine insight on PRD.

Treat it accordingly: light entertainment, not informed investment conversation. If you want the truth, start with the RNS and build from there.
