I never claimed to have accessed your ebay account, but when your account is a business one as yours is, your address is made public by ebay on your page under "sellers business information". Now just remember you categorically denied having an ebay account, but now you do, how funny. Please get the police involved, I beg you, they can go through my posting history on this website, which is 100% not editable but you continue to discredit your own evidence by reporting posts and having them deleted. The ODX 'groupies' told us we we're wrong, labelled us "derampers" and shorters and what not, and low and behold.. £1 down to 2 pence. I take no pride in saying "I told you so" but sadly if you're still putting money in this to average down, for the love of god please stop. If you have to offload cash, set fire to it, you'll get the same return.

As i said earlier, anyone punting now may get a small trade upto 4 pence until the flippers come back to haunt wanting their trapped cash back after being 'conned' by ODX into buying. "No, no placing coming.. " and the very next day.. "Oh look, a placing" albeit now a failed one.

Not necessarily, they would certainly have to look into fundraising however very sharpish if they have to pay it back. Selling products is not a strong point of ODX's but taking over inflated wages regardless of performance is.

So, the government handed ODX the contract, but never formally gave them to the go ahead to produce tests. The go ahead was never given but ODX hired hundreds upon hundreds of people at an incredible rate of cash burn. Poor decision by ODX and they clearly hadn't read the contract correctly.

I've read the contract in full, and ODX clearly and painfully jumped the gun (maybe in good faith with disasterous results).

Fakey now turned into some sort of legal contractual expert and saying it won't hold up in court. Fakey, it's best if you leave that kind of talk to the experts, lawyers and ODX. I personally don't see how they have got a leg to stand on as they didn't understand the contract. If ODX we're also that adamant that they are not going to pay anything back, why would you enter mediation?

Mediation is to resolve and jointly settle a dispute, ODX could refuse this mediation and simply take it to the high court and see if they indeed do, or don't have to pay it. Personally having been involved in consultancy work with gov contracts before awarded via bidstats (not however DHSC or medical/tests related in anyway shape or form) I strongly believe that ODX will be put in a corner by the Gov, as a minimum the government may suggest paying half back and settling. Or worst case scinaero they go for the whole hog and are made an example of as some sort of vote winner if it happens pre-election.

You may get a realistic trade back up to four pence until the bucket shop flippers probably now increasingly evermore so wanting out and their money back.

Each to their own but be prepared for it to go sour on the slightest glimpse of bad news such as the government dispute.
