- Can a company rebrand in light of such public interested matters still outstanding and ongoing within government investigations or external appointed law practices and or mediation services.

- Confirmation of the need for a shareholder vote to rebrand a limited company.

With the second question as I understand it to mean it in law;

As a limited company it is likely that you will need shareholder consent before you proceed. Subject to what your articles of association say, it is likely that you will need at least 75% of the shareholders (who are entitled to vote) to agree to the change of name. Once that consent has been obtained, you will need to notify Companies House by completing the appropriate form and paying the applicable fee.

Zero mention of a shareholder vote from the board, hence I have queried and asked them to look into it.

Yes was picked up this morning by a unidentified blackhawk helicopter, blindfolded and my hands bound. I was taken to a unknown holding facility near Dave's hometown of Staley bridge. Even with a rebrand, you can paint the walls, change your LSE designation but the excrement is still there and will be for years to come.

Well, amazing story, however, no cad number and its all a lie. Ok my post has just been deleted thanks Dave. I reiterate the facts while we are pointing out things to our good friend Dave, yesterday the company issued a social media post explaining they had achieved ISO accreditation however they have yet again failed to mention this to their shareholders via an RNS. Time and time again this company shows they do not value their shareholders one little bit because if I was in the board's position having a slight bit of good news would be something to shout about given their dire performance over the past three years.

Great post atan, thanks for the clarity on the regulation side of it. In regards to the app, I'm 99.9% sure that Jag said it was being tested by him and Simon. There was no mention of a wider test or invitations to be a part of the testing and certainly no RNS to cover that part of the story. It was so much of a disaster RNS they didn't even name the company they were working with. Really does make you question whether it was said company which asked not to be named given the negative social media impact Omega has.
