I will never understand how this works.

I think Kinterra already own 65% of the shares. Looks like we swerved a bullet there, they definitely overpaid.

I had a paper loss that you dont talk about.

According to my calculations thats what its worth now , making 100 million a month. There are some deductions I havnt made but I have had to make an assumption that it carries on at that figure.

A very flawed calculation, I will give you but still interesting all the same.

If you value GGP on a DCF Basis $1.2 billion a year as its cash flow is so high, it is currently worth around $19.3 billion Aussie.

which works out at $30.93 a share.

Oh its right mate, The ASX notification to is on NWC hot copper ,lists the number of shares we sold to Kinterra and the price.

Sold for a whisker under $29 million Aussie dollars on Thursday.Equates to £14.113,000.(about 30% profit) Add another £1.4 million break fee.

That alone will cover the vast majority of the divi, a third of which s pure profit from NWC.

You think the UK is a better risk than Kazakhstan? with this government?

CAML refused to match Kinterras bid s of 0.066 instead will make a nice profit on the shares, and maybe improve the divi slightly!!!

Dont think Kinterra are at 30% yet, but Harvest Lane over 12% now.

As I said before CAML will go to 7.

Around 2.5 million Aussie dollars profit plus the 15 million for the shares they purchased. So around £8 -£9 million to come back. That equates to 4-5p a share.In addition no taxes to pay H2 as they are already paid plus higher profits from the copper sales.Yes agreed they have to find an additional mine or two, but the cash situation is very good.

If they end up walking away they will have made a decent profit from the shares in NWC purchased and I wouldnt be surprised if the divi was 9p plus a special 3-4p.

Kinterra upped their offer to 6.3c and will increase it to 6.4c if they get 30% acceptence .
