I had shares in PHE.Bought 700k years ago at 5p.It dropped from there to zilch and I transferred them to the kids ISAS.Starting to look good now.

I would much prefer the rise of Aurelian Gold when they discovered Gold at Fruite Del Norte.$1 to $40 overnight!!!

yes you are 100 % right about going it alone,there is one small advantage though they have a MRE already something we do
not have at GGP yet,although we all know its a monster at Haveiron.Its possible LND may just punt this around for sale for the next year or so hence the 260k placement.
Just seems to have a bit of an endgame feeling about it.

I am a current longterm holder on GGP and have been having a look at this company.To my mind it needs to expand the MRE to around 3 million oz to stir some interest.Potentially a couple of billion profit to a miner,and an SP of 55-60p a share providing its a straight sale not a farm in.On the same scale as GGP maximum price would be 21p for a 70% farm in.But still worth a longer look I think.Price seems to me moving in the right direction so somethings happening.

Madsktpan I think you may be getting confused between the mining value of gold,and the junior miners discovering gold(Landore) and selling the mining licence to say someone like RTZ. The price of gold in the ground is $200-300 dollars an ounce hence the valuation of 2-300 million dollars for a million ounces of gold. Miners average around 30% profit of mining gold I think ,so your $1700 an ounce is only worth about $500-600 an ounce. So the mine has a maximum value of around 5-600 million dollars.

I am fortunately in the position where I can put AIM stocks in the bottom drawyer and forget about them.Although GGP is now becoming an interesting item for the kids.Some of my holding has already been passed on into thier ISAS and left dormant. £1 a share will buy houses and pay off mortgages for them,and give me another inheritance tax headache. So to be honest, at some stage they will have to be sold as I am not getting any younger.I invested to make money because I am selfish and want to make as much money as I can. My interest in the future existence of GGP begins to diminish as do my years I am afraid.I will sell at 80p-£1.

SB You are correct,patience with this share has been very rewarding.22 bagger for me so far,but I do realise there is more to come. I just think that around £1 a share if offered to current holders,many more than 50% would accept.I know I would.

I am inclined to think that it would be easier for NC to take the whole thing rather than waiting for Scally to come in with the same results as Hav and have to pay at least twice as much for it.

I have been in this for over a decade now,pure guesswork I know but what are the expectations of sp and future growth if indeed there is any after Haveiron. There is a possibility that Scallywag and Black Hills could be as successful as Hav. My take is that with further drilling at Scally being very positive,NC takes out Greatland around 80p-£1 by the end of 2020.

Good opportunities to buy in have an ongoing situation for 10 years!!

Good job I started a small online business in January(which has gone beserk!!) and make a few extra bob trading this share.
