I agree wolfy, the delay, if Brad is telling the truth, is to our benefit. Nice to know he hasn't just heeled to the big boys aswell. I hope they've overcooked it with the JV news saying it could stretch into Q3, covering themselves for once instead of giving us the usual next week, months, soon ETC. We should get news of some sort on Argentina or Brazil, not that it'll affect the share price..

PDAC ended yesterday, I wonder if we’ll hear anything from there. Obviously Louie and Brad are meeting with Newmont / Agnico whilst there in Canada, guessing he’ll head straight to Argentina from there. An update on Twitter wouldn’t go a miss, I think they’ve got it all wrong with Twitter that handle should be used to keep us in the loop when we arnt getting any RNS’s yet just about the only posts on there are indeed RNS’s. Come on Brad, throw us a bone.

Seingred, I’m not saying they’ll not be any dilution and I wasn’t interpreting that you’d were saying they be any anytime soon. I was merely stating that it’ll take a lot to get us to 1b shares in issue. Don’t forget we pay for nothing at Anza. Zero. So to get to 1b shares, with standard placings even if we stayed 10p to keep it simple then that’d give us about £75m. Cant see us having that sort of dilution to be honest. I do think we’ll throw a sizeable amount at El Pantano to see what lies beneath and hopefully attract Newmont. Many different opinions on many different aspects, good to read, precisely what these boards are for. At the end of the day 99% reading here and commenting have a genuine interest in Orosur doing well company wise and obviously share price wise, Brad best share the same intentions!! We have only 200m shares in issue, we not in a major rush for money at the minute, far from it. Even if we did a raise at current price… 55m shares at 7.5p is £4m… Taking us to a total of about 260m shares… I can’t see us racing upto 1 billion shares anytime soon, can you? 23.5m shares at 17p last time for the £4m. This time next year when I personally imagine we’ll need more funds then I’m expect us to be higher than the current share price.

Anyone confused or unsure of the current finances why not do the logical thing and email Brad, instead of trying to trip people up like Bhargav who does nothing but add quality information here. He’s the only one who’s consistently attended AGMs and regurgitated the information here, which he has no obligation whatsoever to do so,. The be all and end all is that the BOD did put out a poor RNS which was a copy and paste, causing confusion with past and present tense, hence the reason many also thought drilling had restarted. The fact is we have $4m plus cash at bank, zero debt, Anza fully paid, two JVs that arnt dictating any spend at all currently, low amount of shares in issue and about to enter the most important stage of exploration, which is in touching distance. Anyone not seeing value here maybe sell up and put it all in VAST….

I find it surprising and odd how hardly anyone queries things like this by emailing Brad, as I tend to do. Any cash spent on Anza by us will be reimbursed. Though ' Once we go to phase 2 nothing comes through our books any more but I could take many months for the actual transfer to happen.'

Some nice posts, I also considered selling but its hard at the best of times here to buy and sell in decent amounts, when it was sub 6p last time is was almost impossible to buy but they'd gladly take huge amounts. Respect to Chicken for being honest and at present it looks as though he's made a wise move, he could already get around 10% more for the same money. It could be a rocky few months but I reckon we'll see wise hands moving in loading up if as we drift lower. One good thing is that the JV RNS will come out of the blue, after waiting all these years i'll not risk missing out on the bigger prize for a small % increase in holding or gain. Good luck to all. I’ll not be selling any, if we do drift much further I’ll be adding some more to my ever increasing holding. It’s been 6 months since we expected phase 2 to start and we’ve had a few lows but held up fairly well. Let’s hope we can do the same over the next couple of months, though I’ll not be checking the share price daily which in my opinion is one of the worst things you can do. $4-$4.5m in the bank so cash is not a worry that’ll see us 12 months easily even if we Chuck a $1m at either of our other JVs. I expect we’ll hear from Argentina first as I reckon Brad will have some sort of meeting with Newmont in regards to El Pantano at the PDAC which starts on Monday. The picture they are building of Anza should be massive by the time drilling starts as they’ve been conducting field work, mapping etc non stop through all this time. The South West were the newest prospect Aster and all this virgin area may also have had the surface scratched. Shame about the delays but what’s another couple months.

Yes the cash on the previous RNS was a copy and paste from a previous one as Bhargav says. It seems I may get to add a decent amount in single digits after all. I’m here long term and have had that intention since day 1, if it takes 5 years to see true value so be it. Rarely any quick returns in the stock market, cryptos we’re you wanna be if you want quick in and out volatility.

I don’t think it’s down the drill results that we dropped, that’s exploration for you, not every holes a blockbuster. It was also expected as Brad had said to me a month before he thought they drilled in the wrong direction, he was right. It’s the delays what’s crippled up and missed deadlines. Hopefully all will be rectified soon. It’s been 6 months since September when we thought we’d be entering phase 2, we’re not there yet but it’s getting close. Excellent time to keep adding, now it’s deffo in the bag.

We’ll we’re currently at £18m market cap, we’ve $4m plus cash, the JV with two of the worlds top 3 gold miners at Anza with one prospect in Apta already proving to be a couple million ounces said by more than once source, Pepas prospect looking tasty, majority of Anza yet to be scratched including the hottest prospects, we currently own 48% of it. No money required for Anza, No debt, small amount of shares in issue 200m, two other decent looking assets, one catching the interest of Newmont. Market cap of £70m plus reached previously, fundamentals much stronger now. I believe we’re vastly under valued.

Phase 2 now a guarantee, healthy cash bank increased to over $4m which is about a quarter of our current market cap, drilling likely to start on ONE of our other assets by year end so good to hear we’re not going to be throwing money away on them Willy nilly. All good. PDAC next week. Lovely.

Nice to see a couple buys days but far from excited yet, we’ve barely touched double figures. Hopefully we can get up to mid teens before news then climb upon drill plan and a ramp up of activity. Phase 2 has been what the majority have been waiting for, shame it’s taking so long to get to but we’ve deffo been through the worse of it. As Jackbal said a few days ago it’s probably a good thing there’s been a delay as good news landing over the last few month wouldn’t have had much of a movement judging by the rest of our sector and even the wider markets. I’m solely here for Anza but Brad meeting with Newmont at the PDAC and also discussing El Pantano with them could bear unexpected fruit. Good times are within touching distance. Surely see Brad and Louis dig deep and buy a few hundred K at least. Though I’ll not hold my breath!

I’ll be looking to add tomorrow also Bhargav, not a major amount but as many as funds allow. March is finally upon us and the share price has held up well through these quiet months.

Well Bitcoinbuyer, we are currently in negotiations with the worlds number 1 and number 3 Gold Miners, forming the new company for the next phase of the JV. I'd imagine Newmont the worlds number 1 Gold miner would have taken this in to consideration and Agnico certainly would have as they are very active in Colombia... Agnico will be well in with the goverment locally and nationally.

Some nice posts over last couple of days. Many realistic points of view. Price creeping down, edging towards a certain buy zone for me. Hopefully no longer than a month until news, mid to end of March. Been on and off here since Newmont first climbed aboard, it feels like a lifetime! I’ll not be bailing anytime soon, let’s see what phase 2 has to offer hopefully a lot. Intrigued to see the new terms of the JV once it’s got the green light, hopefully it’s straight on sedar. If I can’t see how Brad can fail not as he’s consistently missed deadlines and called a fair few wrongs. Onwards and upwards in Phase 2. Let’s hope these 300 feet on the ground get cracking straight on and the South of Anza finally sees a rig set upon it. Will we also see the far west of Anza have a few new prospects, North of Aster with the land package they’re currently untouched about the third size of Anza. Exciting times ahead if I dare say that, not worth forgetting the vast majority of Anza is still virgin land alot even to sampling.

Seingred, whoever predicted the market cap of £83m did so with the thinking that we achieved that market cap previously solely on Apta drilling, was it unrealistic to expect a return to something similar upon more areas being proven up?? The predictors also expected we’d be straight into phase 2 come September 2022 or earlier judging on what Brad said, the south was apparently going to be drilled by year end also. Many unforeseen delays happened. Ill be more than happy if we get back to 40p or around £80m market cap again in the next two years, that’ll give me a substantial profit with the holding I’ve managed to accumulate, whilst we’re this low I’ll plan to keep adding as much as funds allow.

6 months on and we are still in phase 1, the $2m payment is required to conclude phase 1. Lets just hope when phase 2 does begin it is drill, drill, drill as Brad stated numerous times. As Rob stated the other day the amount of sampling thats has taken place in the south surely they like the look of it down there, maybe they’ve used this time off constructively and also said up a camp down there ready to attack with multiple rigs. I agree with Imp, many factors are out of Brads hands, in fact the majority of factors are. He’s consistently missed deadlines but I suppose that could also be down to relying on other people’s word. For me this year is going very fast, mid Feb already, share price holding up better than I expected upon zero news, March looming. There’s no shortcuts in investing, I’ll be here to see the next few year out with my patience hopefully repaid. Anza is such a large land package, much of it still untouched even in terms of sampling, surrounded by consistent gold finds. The mid cauca belt is certainly up there with best post codes in the word gold wise, in my opinion.

I agree, I can’t see a multi billionaire coming from one of the richest family’s on the planet trading here. Infact id be shocked if he even knew the share price here and had any interest in it whatsoever. He’s here for multi multi millions.
