I was always in thinking if we reached 1 tenth of GGPs high, 150m market cap then I’d be a happy man. Obviously Anza would have to be the real deal to get there. Surely that’s a realistic comparison, colombian assets worth a tenth of Australian. Though Anza is many many years behind Hav as Seingred says, we not even in phase 2 yet. Current market cap is good value for buying in my opinion. Currently 1 tenth of our 2020 / 2021 highs though the situation has changed somewhat.

I don't think it'll take that long personally, if I did i'd just sell up now. Cash balance is almost half the market cap.

Thank god we got a decent cash balance, it currently equates to almost half our market cap. I need to watch the webinar again, only caught odd bits and bobs. Interesting to hear Collective mentioned.

Well we’ve come along way since the Waymar historic drilling. Newmont didn’t exactly set the world alight when they joined here in 2018 did they… Since then we’ve had Apta looking like a couple million oz, Pepas looking tasty. Sorry for being a long term holder and seeing promise in Anza. I’ll ask you my permission to invest next time seen as you are an expert on Orosur. Would you be here if we’d not had the recent news and be at 4p?? In regards to Brad and drilling in the wrong direction, he had said months before the release of the assays that he thought they were drilling in the wrong direction, he was correct. You think I made that up? Funny how every time a stock has a bad turn or a huge drop that people like you come out of the woodwork. I’ve been here years, why would I not add at 4p when I recently added much higher. I have a substantial holding here, much more than the majority on here I reckon. I’ll continue to add at these cheap levels. I was happy to bail at around 20p with the current holding I have for a substantial profit, anything more would have been a bonus based on how the company progressed I would have kept re evaluating. Adding at this price will make my exit price substantially less. I don’t doubt the asset but it’s unknown what will happen near / long term. Looking quite risky at the minute. Big factor for me is the $4m ish we have at bank, that can easily tie us over into next year. I don’t think we’ll struggle finding a new partner if required, collective would be a good suit. Ideal case scenario for me is we go back solely with Newmont, no Agnico, they fund us and let the Orosur team leade exploration. The share price has deteriorated since Agnico took over Anza exploration and the mistake they made drilling the wrong way at Pepas not only wasted alot of time but also a chunk of our Phase 2 budget. The fact Brad knew they were drilling the wrong direction spoke volumes. If nothing else he's a top geologist. Interesting times ahead.

What relevance is that to anything I said? Was clearly stating me buying 30k at 4.odd pence wasn't a ramp... When was it trading at 1.7p for much longer than 7p-9p, sub 2p was for about a month, March? 2020 and it was very hard to buy. We had successful exploration since then at Anza and also now have two more projects on our books.

Webinar not until 15th of May, both Brad and Louis in attendance. Somethings certainly going on behind the scenes at the minute with Anza or they’d have it much sooner.

Gareth, how is buying 30k at 4.odd pence a ramp when we’ve been trading in the 7p-9p region for months.…. Been here years I’ve seen many a dumpling like you turn up talking rubbish. Unlike many others here who seem to question I usually just email Brad, I find that easiest port of call. Wether he tells the truth is another matter, though I make my own decisions and judgement and have read the situation as I see it. Let’s see how things pan out over the coming months.

We’ve almost $4m cash at bank, no dilution yet deffo not this year. I added 30k today under 5p, I still see this as a bargain with what the asset has shown.

Newmont walked away from Earnest Giles, Newcrest later came on the scene the rest is history.

Sianhan, I’m not saying the negotiations arnt going bad, just quoting what he said. Every man and his dog thought they’d be sorted now and we’d be into phase 2. See what comes of the webinar next week.

BT, I’m certain that it is year on year that the spend has to be met so it is $4m per year. I was aware that spenditure was carried over and had an inkling they’d overspent. Had correspondence from Brad and he’s basically saying the negotiations are not going bad and that this announcement frees him up to be able to do a webinar to talk about the negotiations, which will come next week. Good luck all.

From correspondence with Brad, my understanding is, and others who hold here who are in regular contact with him. Upon formation of the new company which is required for phase 2, the majors are wanting amendments to the previous agreement from 2018, mainly in regards to changing which / how much of Anza is required to be drilled for the completion of phase 3. They want less, we want to stick to the original terms with we are in our right. End of. Nothing more to it. It not in unusual for these majors to try it on and happens constantly. Brad isn’t budging. They’ve got to start spending this year to meet the obligations. They overspent by almost $4m and they’ve paid $2m payment to us. What does that tell you? Just delays for me. Thought it could be a bumpy ride.

They’re just playing hardball and Brads not having it, end of. They haven’t walked and in my opinion have no intentions to. I wasn’t expecting anything happening until Q3, that’s a certainty now. Brad has already stated we’ve other options if they the majors do walk, I genuinely hope they do, the drilling results were much better and more
Public when the Orosur team were running the show, it seems Brad has offered there services again.

I don’t think it’s the end of the line, majors still wanting to change the terms of the new JV and Brad not budging. Weird one. Nightmare situation.

I agree spank, many people have unrealistic timescales. From these lows are when real money is made.
