They’re is also a legality in the JV terms in regards to the 90 day malarakey, though very very unlikely to go down that route.. Who’d want to be in court against two of the largest gold miners in the world with one being your largest shareholder. At the end of the day Agnico have joined and tryed changing a lot of the terms to benefit them Newmont will and always have been the silent partner. Newmont won’t be selling there holding as we know there’s nothing wrong with the Anza asset, far from it. And they like El Pantano as we know and all receiving all the data we gather there. Anglo Gold are also. Who have the nearby Cerro vanguardia mine. Hopefully a resolve comes soon, no one wants to be in this position except maybe Agnico testing Orosurs staff patience which is not wearing very thin. Current situation isn’t god, though the current market cap is appealing for anyone entering now. Half our market cap is currently cash at bank. The two drill targets at Anza, Apta and Pepas both looking like 1-2m oz a piece. I just hope we soon get back to the early Apta days with Orosur team running the show and not being scared to publicise assays, as Collective mining are doing currently.
