AEG was a Plc won’t be funding NF. Timberlands will get II funding st a project level for that project based on all the cash flow etc. They got $300mill for Metis deal before the gov threw those toys out of the pram.
Spinks continually told us that funding and offtakes needed to be in place before the gov would give us this deal so you’d assume it’s all there.

In August 2018, the joint venture submitted an application to the EU to request grant funding to subsidise the development of its SuperFuel™ technology. This application was delivered to the National Centre for Research and Development and has resulted in a number of follow-up committee meetings and requests for clarification. These requests have now been dealt with and a DECISION IS EXPECTED DURING Q4. The joint venture partners have now acquired various off-take agreements with a number of Polish utilities in anticipation of the delivery of the SuperFuel™ product. This will provide the platform for the commercial development of both CoalSwitch™ and SuperFuel™ in Europe, beginning in Poland.

This grant is likely to me at least x2 our MCap and arriving shortly. Not bad eh?

We do this whilst we set up the CS plant then make CS which is clearly dramatically more profitable but we will be selling biomas before that and for a profit. In just a matter of weeks.

Newfoundlander- I vaguely remember having this argument with you before. AEG is far more than just NF. The simple fact is we have access to x10 more biomass via our JV with GRP in Georgia and North Carolina than NF has so far given us.
Therefore we should spend 90% of our time talking about this deal. Perhaps you can change your name and pretend to be from Georgia? Or set up another ID just

The early revs will indeed not come from Newfoundland but Georgia/North Carolina As RNSed. The have access to over a million tonnes of biomass annually. We have RNSed that we will be selling this at a profit into the Asian market whilst we await the CS plant to be moved and production ramped up. The company is updating us on this shortly but it’s revs in a matter of weeks and profits too so we are funded to profit now

But

The drop from 3p to 1p was almost entirely due to needing funding. Some great RNSes were not bought because everyone knew they needed funds. Now they have the funds.

They now have the funds needed to go execute on their plans. This placement get them to profitability. Sell if you want to. I dont really give a toss. I dont think you ever held tho. You certainly dont act like a shareholder. If you are you seem intent in losing all your money.

So now the massive funding elephant has upped and left the room we dont need to fear it. People buying now dont need to fear an imminent raise. People shorting have nothing to short against and have to close.

The share game is very emotional. Theres lots of money involved etc but if you take all emotion out of it and think of your current investment at this current price and if you see upside then clearly its a yes.

A wise man (TMS) once told me on a podcast after a share he was in fell - he wants to sell that morning due to the emotion of it. But taking a step back and thinking as if he was a non-holder he would have been buying. So why would he be selling as a holder.

Anyways. The BoD have acted like (insert swear word of choice) but its finally done now. Its like a missing person case and just wanting the body found. Well its found. Now lets get on with life. There is plenty of near term catalysts

Whys it going sub placement?

The only reason for the fall from 2.5p area what the constant placement chat and x2 aborted ones at exactly the same price.

Now its actually happened, theres no placement to wine about and the company now have the funds to go deliver the business plan.

Everyone has been going on about the need for a placement forever. No one would buy until the placement. Everyone was selling waiting for the placement.

Now it's happened!

Theres not going to be another placement. This gets us to revenues. There may be a bit of churn but we can finally start to rise which out the constant placement chatter around our necks
