1) The CS gets shipped to Poland as we know...
"The proposed plant will produce 55,000-65,000 metric tonnes of CoalSwitch wood pellets per year for export to Poland through the local port. The company has an agreement with Cobant, a Polish research, development and coal recovery/production company, to provide wood pellets to supplement coal use in Poland's residential heating market."

2) Coalswitch gets blended with reclaimed coal to produce Superfuel.

3) Superfuel is sold in Poland to utilise and for residential heating
From interims "The joint venture partners have now acquired various off-take agreements with a number of Polish utilities in anticipation of the delivery of the SuperFuel™ product. This will provide the platform for the commercial development of both CoalSwitch™ and SuperFuel™ in Europe, beginning in Poland."

Utilites tend to be small or large ventures? I forget. Oh, i think they're the multi-billion £ ones that heat countries. Thats the one.

I’m not with optiva but I’m told the placees were told the BoD haven’t been taking a salary. If that is inside info and price sensitive then I assume they’ll have to RNS it lol. I was told this post placemrnt was announced. Perhaps ask the board, or optiva, or a placee who took or turned it down. Certainly dozens and dozens of PIs know this

Im no expert in buying and selling things but usually if someone want to buy something they pay for it? Is that not how the world works? Certainly a billion dollar company can afford to pay for however many they want. Im sure as previously RNSed there will be milestone payments etc

Impending RNSes are from previous RNSes, Namely the interims. Please read the previous RNSes to see all the bits of the business and in what timescale the company have said they should be concluded and then draw your own conclusions. This is called due diligence and research and is a basic component in investing.

Re read the previous RNSes for what is supposed to land in Q4 and then look at a calandar to see where in Q4 we are. Simples. How does one normally predict what will happen in a share?

They are about to RNS a multimillion $ Peatswitch sale to YLF and early biomass revs to Asia so they don’t need to wait a year or be secure for a year. A month more likely

YLF are taking one, the RNS mentioned 2 other farms as well maybe. Maybe even more again. So I’d guess at least 3+ are going to YLF. This has to be imminent really. Remember 1 plant is sold to them for $3.4mill so 3 will be €10mill and 5 say for $16mill or so. Margins seem to be 50% so you can see what type of revenue and profit this will bring to move all the projects forward as needed!!

As you can see from the RNS the BoD did buy and they’ve not been taking any salary in a while

So spinks is off the BoD so perhaps wouldn’t know about the placement (did as he was in it) but probs doesn’t know about working capital for plc. However he is very much involved with the project level finance for Timberlands deal in NF. We have to be careful to tease out what we mean by funding and if it’s specific to the plc or project finance for the subs
