Edi, although there has been no formal announcement, Sound has indicated further delays due to their “supply chain”. I suspect that this is setting up for further delays to gas sales. If this happens they will have to raise further funds just to keep the lights on and pay salaries. Those funds will be raised through a loan or share dilution which is another disaster for retail SH’s.

I have no “position” but it’s clear that, as you suggest, a long delay will put the company under major pressure and I believe there is a significant chance of them going belly up. They’re running fumes I think you’ll agree.

Adam, firstly Sound and Mana are supposed to be managing the supply chain. If there were long lead items they should have been ordered on time. The supply chain is their problem and goes to show how badly managed this whole caper has been.

Edi, when the management at Sound give you a date just double it and you might be closer to the truth. This “supply chain” issue, if it actually exists (nothing in writing) it is yet another excuse.

All the while they’re paying salaries and other admin costs. They will run out of money and need to raise more funds long before they get paid for any gas,if ever.

You have to read between the lines with these guys.

Edi, what facts have you presented. A fact is not a fact until it has happened. As far as how much delay it would not surprise me if they never sold a cf of gas.

Edi, BV, Adam, brace yourselves for disappointment. That’s always the best advice for SOU. As you say I have no shares, I took my money and invested elsewhere. You’ve all taken a risk, man up and face facts.

Edi, you walked into that one. They excluded it from the RNS because they knew they couldn’t commit to it. Six weeks later and still no official update, they’re playing you like a cheap violin.

I note that there’s been no news from the company about why testing and commissioning is taking so long. Where is this Lon waited announcement about commercial sales? This is why lth don’t trust the management of SOU.

What use are SOU in the big picture of O&G in Morocco. They bring nothing to the party for a country that is looking to expand its energy sector. I’d guess it will be sayonara SOU eventually.

BV, as previously stated I sold out of my SOU position a few months ago for a small profit. I have been invested in the company, on and off, over the past ten years or so and still take an interest. This board is for discussion and open to all. It seems that you are unable to discuss sensibly and resort to childish insults or telling others to “jog on”.

There may be a bit of a bounce when gas sales are announced but if you are expecting anything else this year I.e. drilling, then good luck to you. The next news will likely bring more dilution. No matter the players it’s always the same with these jokers, their DNA.

If SOU are planning to drill this year they would have to formally announce same through an RNS because it is market sensitive news. No such formal announcement has been made so, once again, they are confusing the hooples that own this POS. Even if they started now they couldn’t get a drill up and ready this year.

Adam, re. your post at 09:36am. Who do you think is responsible for the “supply chain and shipment of components”.? I’ll give you a clue…Mana and SOU. Have you no understanding of how contracts work?

When are SOU scheduled to sell gas? When are they scheduled to drill? Thanks what I’d be asking.

BV, I’d say you are the one that’s been de-trousered. You could have sold for 100% profit but now you’re at your buy in price, if you’re telling the truth that is. You may be in a bigger hole.

There’s no sign of confidence from management at SOU. As an example Graham Lyon owns circa 7m (less after consolidation😂) which equates to about £50K or 0.34% of the company (per RNS dated 27/5/25). Even management are minimally invested.

BV, if you knew Sound properly you would know that the prior surge in SP will be eroded. The only surprise here is that it hovered around 1p for while. If you really knew this company you’d have sold when you were nearing 100% gain and then bought back in on the drop. You continue to fool yourself when you believe the hype that they put out.

Nearly two months since the “first” announcement and still no commercial sales, no dates for drilling etc. You are fooling yourself, long term followers know exactly what I mean. Another insult will be forthcoming no doubt.

BV, I bet you regret not selling at 1.2p a few weeks back. You have no choice but to hold now. I sold out for a small profit which you mocked but happy times, I invested it elsewhere and it doing rather well, up 20% while your down, on paper, near 50%. Why would anyone listen to such a loser as you?

This is my first post on this chat. I’m a latecomer to the Zephyr party so have a low entry point. I thought the interview was just OK but I intend to hold long term. I don’t think anything I heard today changes my view, I believe the SP is well under valued. It’s typical that progress is slower than anticipated with this type of oil and gas exploration companies, just ask those over at Sound Energy (disclosure I no longer hold any SOU shares, sold out for a small profit and used it to invest in Zephyr). I took the opportunity to buy another £2k this morning so thanks to those who sold out.

BV, the SP is close to it’s 10 year low so I very much doubt that you are in profit and if you are max gain would be around 20%. This link may help you understand why I say this.

You appear desperate, over 6,000 posts. I don’t believe I’ve read anyone who has said that SOU won’t drill.mWhy don’t you ask them when next time they do an investor talk. Dollars to donuts they won’t give you an answer but it’s far off.
