Kylie, I was thinking the same but you beat me to it! The secret is out, BV is really Warren Buffett’s son and only posts in the SOU BB because he’s got a few grand invested and he calls that investment a “bonus”. Too funny 😂

Adam, you have already shared what you claim to know which is zilch.

I don’t know who the “special one” is but, from your prior posts, I have you pegged as a God-botherer so who knows it might be the Almighty.

Adam, how do you know that a lot is going on “on a daily bases (sic)”. Do you have some insight that mere mortals do not possess?

I imagine the employees are busy however, updating their profiles on LinkedIn.

Adam, this company is in its death throes. Do you really believe that from this point, end of Q1, that in five months, SOU will be generating $6m per year? What is your optimism based on from an investors viewpoint. If this were a possibility I think there are smarter people than at SOU who would have thought of it years ago.

I don’t believe that I have seen any official announcement on drilling this year, only you seem to have that thought. Even so on what basis, given the evidence of SOU managements exploits to date, do you believe that this can happen? Do they have permits in place, have Mana contracted a rig, are they in the process of tendering the necessary preparatory works? If they were then SOU would surely be announcing it to give the SP a boost. The answer is clearly they have no set plans for when drilling will take place, they’d have to announce it and would gladly do that if they had a date.

Adam, well done, you have proven that you have mastered the art of cut and paste. What is the point though, this is old news, there’s nothing new here. You haven’t bothered to attribute the quotes so of no use to anyone, except perhaps yourself and BV aka Laurel and Hardy.

BV, no surprise that you’ve shown not a scintilla of humility and appear to be in denial. I’ve not seen any reaction from you about the latest debacle, just the usual insults and low energy anger.

Surely, based on your stated investing style this must present an unmissable buying opportunity. I assume you’ve already topped up.

Kylie, it will be interesting to see if Graham survives this. For £700k a year I doubt he’ll fall on his sword but the partners can’t be happy about this. I’ve asked this question before, it rhetorical really, but what does Sound bring to the table?

Kylie, if I recall correctly Adam?? said something about “supply chain problems” was mentioned at the special meeting to approve the consolidation. When questioned the “brain trust” decided that this was old news.

Let’s say that SOU knew a month ago that there were supply chain delays why was this not reported at the time. Perhaps a note to the FSA is in order. Just asking!

Shareholder value is reflected in what their shares are worth at any given time. Today the shares are worth circa 40% less than last nights close. That is 40% of SH value gone overnight. Buy selling heavily discounted shares they diluted the value of the company by the same discount.

BV, yesterday your investment advice to this board was:

“The trick is to invest at the rock bottom price, which i have done. And to eventually sell at a large profit in the future, anything else means nothing imo.”

Based on your previous posts you now underwater. Would you be willing to buy at this price, it being “rock bottom” based on your definition?

BV, put everything else aside and answer a question honestly. Do you think the terms of the RNS released today represents good management practice and is good for SH’s? Yes or no will do.

I’ve read the RNS a couple of times because it was difficult to digest first time around. A bank loan at an exorbitant rate, who did they get the loan from…Tony Soprano?

A placing at less than two thirds of the SP sucks of desperation.

We all knew delays were inevitable and a fund raise was coming but this is disastrous. Don’t try to convince anyone that solar and helium are anything but a smokescreen. This company is uninvestable by any metric.

Kylie, the only real question I have is when is the company going to do the screwing and in what order? My bet would be a delay first.

In the past week we’ve received the CEOL, paid a debt to ex-directors and a troublesome investor is largely out of the picture. The SP has been reasonably steady.

Those overhanging issues are part of what is weighing the SP down. We expect positive news going forward but it’s not an overnight thing. I agree with you Saitek charts are irrelevant here, the SP will move, one way or another, based on newsflow.

Adam, do you really believe that the SP will rise by 150% if, and when, SOU announce that they have completed commissioning and are preparing for first sales? No way Jose.

Firstly I expect the next RNS to announce further delays which they will blame on their own supply chain. Next will be further dilution. Perhaps finally there will be the RNS announcing that they have reached a point where they can transport gas from the middle of the desert to the markets. The amount of revenue that this will produce is, as I understand it, about $3m per annum, rising slightly next year. They’ll eat that up alone in salaries etc.

I agree with St. Mary, there may be a short lived SP increase which will then drift back down on the lack of news about phase 2. The market, the Moroccans and SOU’s partners will want shot of SOU. They bring nothing to the table but leave with the salt shaker!

Ayecaramba, I agree that it’s good that they took shares rather than cash. Who would know the company better than these guys? I’ve taken the chance to top up again. Plenty of positive newsflow to come in the next 12 months or so.
