Re Mutare I was wondering about a farm out eg 49%? Or maybe a full or partial sale and getting a royalty payment? Not sure if or how a royalty payment would work with a partial sale.

That was quick Katy2995 and I'm sorry I didn't respond to your post much earlier. I think I was so shocked and upset because it brought back emotions from years ago when I lost money. You never know with shares so unless PREM goes bust or shares are suspended we haven't lost money. Good luck.

I am going to post today some positive thoughts for those like Katy (who posted recently) and those who are seriously underwater with this share. Experienced investors and many others will know what I am posting so apologies to you in advance. However, having lost serious amounts of money in the distant past I have sympathy for how many on here must be feeling. This is one of the worst Chat forums if not the worst at the moment on LSE and I don't normally filter other posters but a lot of what I see nowadays is green boxes. On many other shares, for example, you would have had far more written responses to Katy's post.

Ok here goes: And yes I know there are a negatives with PREM but these are some of the positives, in my opinion:

George has a lot of shares in PREM

His media interviews suggest he wants PREM to succeed (particularly his last one).

Problems with the Pilot Plant are being resolved.

Canmax is still (as far as we know) still supportive. They have a director on the board so will be aware of current situation.

Any positive developments in PREM's other projects should boost the sp.

PREM has a lot of Spodumene.

Cash is currently being saved by stopping work at the Pilot Plant.

I hope this helps those who are understandably very worried.

Only half way through 2024 Chaffy99. You just never know with shares as the decline in the sp has shown. No money is owed to banks and cutting costs temporarily is sensible. So whilst it is very worrying for those of us under water this could easily change for the better within a couple of months.

Good post ACKER. Absolutely the wrong time to attempt to remove CEO. Would cause hold ups and uncertainty in too many areas.

When you log into Hargreaves L. next to your accounts you'll see under the heading Secure Messages on the right hand side that further down there is the heading Shareholder Meetings. Click on that and you can then vote by ticking whichever box you choose re PREM. Hope that helps.

I have already voted yes. There is absolutely no guarantee that a no vote will ensure that George is removed as Jaglith is suggesting. A yes vote puts the company in a stronger position to go forward. Canmax are supportive too. It is all to easy to blame George for all of the delays too especially when you have a lot of money at stake. George is as motivated as anyone to get PREM to full production that should be obvious to anyone.

I would suggest you take a look at PREM, CLON, HE1 and ALBA. Hope that helps and enjoy your weekend. Good luck.

There were many guys who posted on here in the past saying that there would always be problems to sort out on start up of any mine. They, of course, were absolutely right. Even worse when you find out that Stark appear to be possibly reponsible for some of them(careful choice of words). George has a very strong and long term emotional and financial involvement in Prem and he is clearly determined to get the plant running as planned asap. We are very close to full production with a currently rising Spod. price. Canmax are supprtive and need the product not the cash from Prem.
