Gordon Stein, CFO of CleanTech Lithium, explains why CTL acquired the 23 Laguna Verde licenses. Watch the video here.
When you log into Hargreaves L. next to your accounts you'll see under the heading Secure Messages on the right hand side that further down there is the heading Shareholder Meetings. Click on that and you can then vote by ticking whichever box you choose re PREM. Hope that helps.
I have already voted yes. There is absolutely no guarantee that a no vote will ensure that George is removed as Jaglith is suggesting. A yes vote puts the company in a stronger position to go forward. Canmax are supportive too. It is all to easy to blame George for all of the delays too especially when you have a lot of money at stake. George is as motivated as anyone to get PREM to full production that should be obvious to anyone.
There were many guys who posted on here in the past saying that there would always be problems to sort out on start up of any mine. They, of course, were absolutely right. Even worse when you find out that Stark appear to be possibly reponsible for some of them(careful choice of words). George has a very strong and long term emotional and financial involvement in Prem and he is clearly determined to get the plant running as planned asap. We are very close to full production with a currently rising Spod. price. Canmax are supprtive and need the product not the cash from Prem.
I thought it was a very good interview. George was very relaxed and confident whilst being realistic in my opinion. Sp just shot up so Monday could be very interesting. AIM can be a very unpredictable market where you can have massive changes in share prices as with Prem now. We are actually in a far better position with regard to mining ore than around two years ago when the sp was around the same level.
Any serious investor such as ACKER, takes into account all the latest information available. Then adjusts his/her views accordingly. ACKER also does not attack other posters as some do on here. I for one appreciate his posting even if I don't always agree with everything he says.

Well worth a read for its logical summary of where we are now with Prem.

Lithium price yesterday: $13.625
Slightly up over the last few days. Very similar to the price Acker posted. Thank you Acker for keeping us updated.
This RNS has removed a lot of the uncertainty re Canmax, etc. as well as stating officially some brilliant Li20 grades. Not to mention a very welcome, for most of us, increase in the sp. Good to hear about the installation of the upgrades too.
Thanks ACKER. I've learned a lot over the years about technology but clearly not in this area. Just asked my wife who is way better on the technical aspects and she wasn't sure either on how to copy the link. Hope it's useful to those who are interested anyway.
