A key statement by George in the RNS is as follows:
'Premier must move from a company dependent on continuous funding through shareholder support to one that can be revenue producing and start to return value to shareholders. Both Neil Herbert and Peter Cunningham have a demonstrable history of just this and I hope that with their assistance and guidance, Premier will progress to this point as well.'
So George is following on from previous statements. Also there may be news soon after the meeting with the Ministry of Mines concerning the application for an Exclusive Prospecting Order. That could be and hopefully is positive news.

At least MN Holdings Ltd. see some value in PREM shares. Two mining execs appointed as consultants is what some people have been asking for here. Meaning someone who can help move the company forward with clear direction. Also, some cash to come in assuming some profit to be made from MNH once the additional plant and equipment are provided. So some positives here I would have thought. Surely.

The price of the 55,000,000 trade initially suggested a sell to me but the price going up immediately after it would also suggest it was a buy surely. As CF73 said a large sell like that would have almost certainly dropped the sp. Not that I am an expert. Just living in hope.

I would hazard a guess that the three 5,000 pound buys from 15.24 were the same person so assuming that is correct that is 15,000 plus the earlier 13,500 buy. Interesting when you consider the position we are in without any news and a very low sp as well as a fair bit of negativity surrounding PREM.

We need a bit of humour around here. Hardly stopped raining all day.

The dilution is mitigated if the cash raised is used to increase the value of the company.

Very probably mannan. Can't see it dropping below placing price for starters so reasonably safe imho. Prospects looking good and market cap very low as been said a few times already by the experts on here :)

Tempted to buy more today. Looking forward to seeing what they do with the money raised. They state in the RNS,,,

'This Placing is, inter alia, to raise funds to assist in progressing possible investment opportunities that the Company is currently looking at.'

So there could be an sp boosting RNS in the not to distant future.

Very good news re Oyster and it will be interesting to see where exactly they will be investing this money. Time to sit back and relax for me as the sp will only be going one way once these new shares have been issued. Can't see many being sold straight away, if any. Far bigger gains to come imho. Bound to be a further rns re the proposed investment and that will be sooner rather than later I reckon.

Thanks also from me once again Ted. I had been using ADVFN for many years before switching to LSE a year or so ago and I have rarely seen such in depth and informative posts as from you. There must be loads on here who will appreciate your posts I'm sure as they encourage and sustain most of us who are underwater here.

It is as if we have our very own broker on here prepared to post his research for the benefit of all interested or invested in PREM. Great to see such possibility for PREM's future. That is why we are all invested here. It may also encourage some of us to hold for longer than we initially thought. So thanks very much again tedoby for posting your research.

I would like to see you continuing to post too Smilemore. Your posts are clearly well meant as well as being positive and well informed. Continual negative posting will only put off new investors which we badly need here. Surely those few posters who like to regularly blame GR in their posts know that? Apart from boring us to death it doesn't encourage new investment does it.

I have wondered if the Zim Government might have discussed HBR with GR as a means towards improving their tax take, creating jobs and so improving their economy. Maybe it is linked with the RHA deal I don't know.

I plan to hold here for the long term as I can see George moving onto a different role eg Chairman. He has hinted towards that and he knows he has made mistakes. We all have our strengths and he needs to ally his to someone who knows better how to bring a company through to production.
