That's a long time in a share without any gain at all. Hope it works out for you. The Zim Govt. have a lot to answer for imho. Far more to blame than GR. No good talking about welcoming investment, etc., etc. if they don't deliver.

In the RNS under Highlights is this statement.
"Demonstrate our commitment to our Zimbabwe operations" Now why would that be stated?
Is it just waffle or is the Govt. needing or wanting more from PREM? Or is it related to a prospective jv or farm in? Probably not the latter. I just can't see why this acquisition has been taken on unless there is something going on behind the scenes.

Here is what caused me to laugh if anyone is in any doubt about me laughing at Bickmaster's post.

Needed a good laugh. Stuck inside because pollen level is very high so eyes bad. Mainly from yesterdays pollen mind you. News will come eventually but it has definitely been a frustrating wait.

I am more supportive of PREM and GR than some on here but even I find some of your posts pretty imaginative CF73. People who talk of rumours and ten million pound buys (with no mention of the similar sells) are usually best ignored for obvious reasons. My guess is that you probably mean well but I am beginning to wonder even about that.

Those weird little trades are also happening on PHE Hammered11. I would have thought that somebody in authority should be stopping them as I can't see any advantage to the vast majority of investors. Probably the opposite.

Production could well go up so a few pounds could come in handy Bick :)

That word 'anticipated' might be there because under Covid restrictions they haven't been able to produce and/or maybe sell 5600 tons per month? But, they believe that is possible under normal circumstances. Doesn't mean that they can't produce more over the next few months. Also, very good news about the quarterly cash dividend as we didn't know previously how or when PREM would receive money from MNH

Good to see you here even with a change of heart. I am still generally in favour.

You may be correct Charlie but that doesn't explain why it doesn't occur in other shares and previously here. I wonder if it is a computer glitch?

In my experience companies nearly always issue more shares than they need at the time. If they didn't they would then have to come back to the market for more via shareholders another time or even several times. Simpler and far more sensible to get authority so that they can issue shares as and when required. That is normal procedure.
