In fact guess it is faster to do the recompletion than it is to get news through the NOMAD!!

since they announced the recompletion at LM19. " at least 10 feet of net pay" "the well is on trend with frio production at Shoats Creek" "Initial results from this initiative are expected near term" So news this coming week I would have thought.......? Hopefully 75+ bopd?

What's your view on the potential of a few more recompletions - you seem to have a very good understanding of all things frio over at Shoats! ?

There must be at least half a dozen dormant wells worth retapping - could add easily add another 500 bopd to the bottom/top line......bodes well as SC becomes our secondary business quite soon...

Update imminent - if good can see the company opening a few more dormant wells to maximise production - small outlay for a large return.

Of course it goes without saying I respect your words of wisdom - in fact you are better received here than other boards ( RRR for example) - all I was previously asking is an acceptable EXIT price for you....? Respect eh?

Halliburton and Schlumberger are two of the biggest players in this market that's why they are the biggest losers at the moment - they are cutting their cloth etc etc Any associated oil service based activitities that NCT take in Mexico is a very different business model and in my opinion is more an opportunity than a liability.....think about scales of operations......

RC said this would be a pretty quick turnaround- and as Helpful mentioned yesterday anything around the 100 bopd would be a great return on such a small investment - however I get the gut feeling that Mexico is the main news not just the completion of the remediation plant and contracts but a completely new venture.........we'll know soon enough.. The buoyant buying yesterday certainly indicate positive.....
