From Helpful Facebook link earlier it seems that Bryon was expecting the AGM in July aswell (too late now). He said on his fb account.. " in July is the annual shareholder meeting they will be given a proxy 'voting' with my name as a candidate " - 17th May 2016. So not on board yet ......and joins the list of possible newbies .... Noli some of thise bad decisions have cost LTH alot of money (90% paper losses). I personally think RC has a great vision ( Mexico) and I also think he fundamental skill is negotiating complex deals. He just hasn't delivered shareholder value - the real question is he the right CEO to take all the new opportunities in Mexico - I am not sure. You could say if MDF has some stonking new contracts lined up and starts on time then maybe confidence in RC would return?....either way the NCT can do alot better than yesterday's news - a full company update required now.imo.

Pretty obvious from the latest RNS than there has been a clear and definitive approach to SC - the March plans have not been abandoned they have just been superceded by workovers/recompletions as they are much attractive business. The 'new' focus on the huge money making potential from gas at SC makes huge sense in a rising gas market. RC was not the author of yesterday's RNS and that fact coupled with a previously unannounced change of tactics on SC gives me message that RC is either gone or is on his way. Regardless of what you think of RC he has struggled to deliver his vision - if there has been a change at the top the market should be told and soon. That news might just start the recovery in the shareprice.
