Things really do seem confusing with this tender offer, with various people in different states of limbo. I tendered 100% of my shares and after a telephone conversation and two e-mails to Bestinvest they confirmed that my 100% had been accepted. This morning showing in my account it appears that somewhere in the region of 75.7% of the shares were accepted, leaving me with 25%. Whilst I am pleased to have unloaded 75% of my holding I am confused as to why the 25% is still showing.
Has anybody tendered 100% and have had their offer accepted?
Same here horsetrader, still 100% of my holding showing in my account. Very frustrating.
That is what I have been told by my broker, payment today. To date no cash has shown up in my account, and 100% of holding still showing. This has been a total shambles throughout.
I still have 100% of my holding showing in my account, but I have not received any voting forms horsetrader, but being with Bestinvest that is nothing new, as they are a totally incompetent bunch. Living in France I have very few options to switch from them after the Brexit voting morons decided to leave the EU. The only options open are accounts like Trading212, where you purchase UK based shares in Stirling, but your trading account is converted into Euros, so taking on the risk of both shares and currency.
This morning I had a major row with Bestinvest who are still unable to advise me as to what percentage of my shares have been tendered. I will give it until close of trading today and then if they have not responded I will be lodging an official complaint, not that helps my current situation. I would advise you to maybe contact your own broker to see what is going on.
Well Horsetrader, I am afraid I do not have any information at the moment. I use Bestinvest, who farm out their share trading to an outside broker. The lady that I spoke to at Bestinvest finally took onboard what I was telling her (I think), and informed me that she would have to e-mail Corporate Actions and then get back to me, she would not let me telephone them directly. I have an uneasy feeling about the whole situation to be honest. I will let you know when I have any further information.
Thank you both for your replies. I also instructed to sell 100%, if I enter the 100% of shares to sell, it quotes me a price, but I have not hit the button to try and sell them. I have to go out now, bit I will telephone my broker this afternoon, and post their reply.
I have to admit that I am a little bit confused with the situation at the moment. I tendered to sell my 65% and read yesterday's RNS, confirming that this will be the case. My online account is still showing 100% of my holding, should I have expected to see only 35% of my holding today? I understand that the pay out will be by the 19th June. Is anybody else still seeing 100% in their online account, or are you only seeing 35%?
Fair point ndr50, but all the other alternatives that I have tired have at least resulted in achieving some sort of an erection, including homeopathy tablets that I have taken. Sadly Eroxon did not produce any sort of an erection.
If that is the case ndr50 then I think that would preclude a lot of males from benefitting using Eroxon., thus reducing the potential market for FUM. Sorry but after my experience with a previous AIM company that I invested/gambled in I am still sceptical that the FDA will actually endorse Eroxon.
Iloveshushi, that is your choice mate if you believe me, I can assure that what I have posted is true. Just trying to warn investors that maybe Eroxon is not the product to blow Viagra out of the water. The choice is yours.
After finding myself in the unique position of being a long term holder in this company and an ED sufferer of 8 years, I am very disappointed to report that Eroxon was a complete failure for me.
My ED was caused by surgery and Radiotherapy treatment. My doctor has prescribed Viagra and Caverject injections, whilst Viagra managed to achieve some positive results, it was not enough. Caverject injections work but cause a lot of aching.
So I was really hoping that Eroxon would be the answer for me to obtain a pain free erection. Sadly this is not the case. I have tried Eroxon on three different occasions, and each time there has been absolutely no sign of an erection. It is slightly sticky when applied, which would not be a problem if the stuff worked. I experienced a slight warming when applied, but nothing else. Very disappointed with this product.
I must admit that I find it amusing on most AIM listed bulletin boards that you always find a ramper/deramper, and on this board it is no different. We seem to have two animal based subscribers, one vermin and one canine who fit the bill of ramper/deramper. I remember on the OPTI board a while back now there was somebody whose user name I forget, but I think that it was something like Smokey or Steamy, who was adamant that OPTI was going to make everybody who was invested very rich, had a hot line to the Chairman and even started his own website defending OPTI. I think that the share was around £1 at the time, today they are trading at 17p. Not too dissimilar to DVRG, with our vermin based ramper decrying anybody who dare question the esteemed leader of DVRG. I was personally 'invested' in this share and my holding was getting too big for my own well being. After the results announcement that was slipped out at about 6pm during a stupid football competition, littered with the usual spelling mistakes, and blaming the late publishing of the results, the esteemed leader stated that he was letting his staff watch a pointless football match, rather that publishing the latest results, I sold my entire holding at 32p, still taking a small loss, but a whole lot better than the 9p or so I would receive in the market at the moment.
I have no idea if DVRG will eventually make everybody rich, but all the market sees at the moment is another krappy AIM listed share with potential that is making a loss. Pretty much like most shares that are listed on AIM. I will continue to follow the vermin versus canine slanging match with interest.
I still have smouldering fingers from my investment in a company called COMS, who also had a vocal CEO, ramping the share at every opportunity, sadly I LOST
I don't think that you can use Mr Putin as an excuse for the price drop, this share has been in decline since September 2020.
I own up as well, my own mistake to be invested(?) here, I wrote off any value in this share a long time ago. The only thing that I saw as any benefit would be that I could use the loss to offset any capital gains made elsewhere. I guess that I cannot use the loss incurred as things stand, as the company is still in existence, even though it is no longer listed on AIM. Do I have this correct? I guess the only way to realise the loss will be if I am able to find a buyer on the proposed matched trading platform that may be set up in the future, to crystallize the loss.
Well Mr Booth, I would like to congratulate you on your newly acquired expertise declaring yourself an expert in the field of ED. As someone who actually suffers from ED I can assure you whatever you rub into your willy will not cause an erection due to a placebo effect if the problem has been caused by surgery as in my case, and has resulted in nerve damage. Far more drastic measures are required to achieve an erection, and if you are squeamish I will not list them on this forum. I agree that quite possibly it could cause an erection if the problem is psychological and the placebo effect kicks in.
The last RNS states that:
MED3000 has the potential to be a highly differentiated product by addressing significant unmet needs, across all patient severities in the $5.6 billion global ED market.
Again I will concede that it only states the potential, but on the other hand it is saying that it can work across all patient severities, if this truly is the case then it will be a real blockbuster.
Not sure what is going on here, but my buy has just shown up as a sell, the spread is being quoted at the moment as 0.38-0.39, but I bought at 0.38p.
Thank you all for your replies, I sold my shares this afternoon, really do not want to get involved with delisted shares and be at the mercy of Gunn who will have full control.
Thanks for that info Pokerchips.
Sorry here come another dumb question, when delisted presumably they will have to be listed on some sort of market, for people to be able to trade the shares. Where will Oct shares be once delisted? I have never been in this situation before.
Pokerchips, Whilst I agree that it will be the same company, making the same profits the shares will no longer be listed on AIM, so to my mind they will be more difficult to trade and I guess more expensive as presumably any trading will have to be carried out via the telephone.
This may sound like a dumb question, but is the company obliged to offer the existing shareholders a price, what ever that may be for our shares, or can they just delist the company, and we are stuck with shares that will be harder to trade?
