As the Farm-Out completion has been stated to be by End of November on more than one occasion and the EGM date has been put forward as being before the end of November it is not unrealistic to still expect both to be completed in that time frame.

As the Farm-out is dependent on the licence being granted, there would be no point in calling an EGM without it!

As the JV has signed a binding agreement then it should also be realistic to expect that the paperwork for the farm-out to have already been prepared and therefore assuming it gets passed at the EGM (Not much doubt of that imo) then it should be a mere rubber stamping exercise that could be completed within 24hours

For the winter & with RNS due any day so it should be imo.

John when you have had it officially reiterated for third time in a month the date remains November the last time being only two days ago and there has been no event since to indicate in your words "it looks increasingly likely this milestone will be missed" you have no foundation for that statement other than your own preconceived judgements and or motives. I will cry when the milk is spilt and not before.

As that deadline date is 3/4 weeks away and you were told in a release just a day or two ago, reiterating the November date for the third time! I don't think there has been anyhing said or done since that could make you think that way tbh
