Sorry for you guys that have taken the hit today. I've just been looking to see if it is worth a punt from here but the following disturbs me a little

Making an assumption of $80 US$/barrel seems a big assumption to me. At todays price perhaps not unrealistic but what is a realistic time scale to reach the assumed levels?

It is very difficult to remain positive during any weakness but it is during times of weakness when character shows through. It is always easy to blame someone else in those times and to form unbalanced options caused by internal anger and resentment. It is in those times when it is important to re-read and study what we know and often when we do that we find it is our own misinterpretation of events that let us see promises that are not there. Hope to, expect to, aim to, planned to, are all estimates and ambitions, they are not promises. With this company everybody knows the delays are not in the boards hands. It is simply down to the government being a government and the red tape that goes with it, is the same all over the world. The news will come when it comes, mid November, later, or even tomorrow. Not only that you say it every time somebody has something positive to bring forward. Two positive truthful points I've put to this bb today and you want to drown it out with your daily copy paste. Absolutely BG and on that basis CH1 could have been drilled already. However, if we had done that without the dev licence being in place do you think we would have spent pretty much every penny of our cash even if KW had been behaving itself?

With Solo unable to afford their share at the time that would have made things very risky for the Bod.

Without crunching numbers I suppose it's possible we would have run out of cash months ago if we had gone ahead and where would that have put us if so?

I'm guessing the Bod had those thoughts in their heads and probably had a better idea of time line for the dev licence granting than we do.

As you say, having the licence to explore will enable us to drill further afield but you yourself have thumped the table many times to say "what good is having gas in the ground if they won't let you take it out".

That to me is common sense logic as to why we really need both at the same time.

No point committing to spend $140m if they won't let you take it out of the ground, so as I've said before I think the wholl caboodle will arrive at once. Maybe wrong of course but it wouldn't make sense to me otherwise.

If the government are dealing with it all in one lump then add that to the merging of licences at nyuni area and I think we could be in for a very special information package coming our way.

When looking at the figures after the last announcement and taking into account It has been stated we have enough of the wherewithal to complete this years planned operational objectives and having heard nothing detrimental other than scare stories promoted by some, I have NO reason to doubt that we can afford to go ahead with the second stage of buying into Spain by year end without raising further.
