Hi all. This thread is purely for AGM questions Please stick to asking a question you wish to be answered at the AGM. LT do you really think the Bod are going to be let off the hook? Just because some of us support the bod at this stage doesn't mean we don't want answers to both some of your questions and our own! Speaking for myself, I see no point in being highly critical of them or forming a lynch mob for the sake of it, because like the law says, in this country "innocent until proved guilty" but with some of the comments coming out here it is becoming mob like! Where is that tree? Hang them now? The AGM will sort it and hopefully we will get many of the answers we are looking for but to continually moan that Jay bought the wrong coloured pencil is just crap. Pete I understand will be there and I know he has many questions. I and others also have questions so I don't think the Bod will be getting an easy ride at all Onto Dunder.... The NT2 rig was a mistake you say? Should we not have drilled it? Did we use the wrong rig? Did we use the wrong casings? Did we have the right expertise for the amount of pressure we encountered? Did we overmud the well? There could be a million and one things the bod could have done better in hindsight and I'm sure they would admit that but just like we do in daily life, we make our decisions on what we know at the time. Some we get right and some we get wrong. Nobody is perfect so I suggest that everybody cuts the Bod a little slack and let's see what the AGM brings. Let us formulates the questions that people want to ask in a separate thread that contains question only and no discussion. The discussions can take place in separate threads

I got stung back in September. I'm not complaining because it was an out and out hit or miss gamble and the resulting sp collapse took it that way. I waited while it dropped and eventually took the hit for �3k! I've seen the price begin to edge up again slightly but I'm wondering why? I see nothing at all in the RNSs to scream buy, because it appears nothing is really happening so can anyone tell me what there is to be bullish about right now? What I am seeing is pumping but I'm not convinced at this stage there is good reason for it, so somebody stop saying its going up, or it's going to boom and tell me and others why? BTW I put no opinion on this because I can't recommend something to others when I need convincing myself.

Could be expected quite soon. Having taken into account the data I expect Matt will push on sooner with further applications to keep the ball rolling. The next well awaiting spud is also 73% held by NTOG and I expect to hear a date on this quite quickly

Well there have been some good points made but I still think on balance the decision making hasn't been as simple as it may sound. It is easy to make retrospective decisions but it has to be remembered the size of the find and the oil play changed the ball game. A basin remodelling was required which prevented a back to back and also we don't know yet whether CH1 will be on the same drill pad as NT3 and they did say from the off that they wanted to make sure they hit as many sections as possible so a new pad would not be a surprise. There was the issue over NR insisting seismics needed to be done and there was bound to be drawn out discussions over that. As it is they came up with drilling road map and we have some sort of time line. Although TPDC haven't been responsible for everything NR said during his presentation last week that they hadn't been as helpful as they could face been. I'm still of the opinion they have done pretty much all they could have but I would be more than happy to see the questions you guys raise being put to the Bod at the AGM

Well they did allow for some last year and didn't use it. I tend to think as was said earlier a fall back position if farm out doesn't go ahead and also something to strengthen their hands in negotiations. As for the wasted year I'm in cps camp there, pull the other one, all but the blind know the reasons for delay

OK sorry you missed out on your 10%. Many here are for the long term and not just a quick buck. You should learn to DYOR but in this case, no amount of research will account for a drill failure, so to blame it on one or two folk ramping is rediculous.

That's good, I'm confident of the gas but they won't know about oil until the time, so although might be a bit more costly it wouldn't be a disaster unless the drill team screwed the whole thing up.
