Nice to hear from you Capt. I've been wondering about you recently. I hope you are able to make the AGM, keep up that fight.

For all the understandable anger over lack of action at KW I think we will get to know the real reasons why come the AGM. The annoying thing for me is not the issue itself because these things happen and I'm sure they would not have delayed remediation without good reason, (as you say it has strangled the income) but they should have kept the PIs in the loop much better. They will need to demonstrate the reasons for this very clearly because I will not be happy if I get the sense that this by the balls position (Pete's words) was manipulated to let the zubs get a bigger slice of the pie.

Topicel, you are showing your frustration again and looking for the negative. While your points are important they will come out with the accounts which is when those specifics are supposed to come out. The important thing right now is the flow test results on the 2nd drill and the plans for spudding the next of the permitted drills. I don't think we will be long in hearing either.

I don't disagree, there is a lot to be addressed but we have to sort the wheat from the chaff otherwise the important issues get washed over. If you could copy your issues over I'll add them to the list and we can go through them beforehand to make sure things are covered.

I get your drift Pete Parpp!!! ;0)) I do agree though, that very question should be top of our PI agenda if still not sorted by then. Where I am going is far more important to me than where I have been!

I wouldn't say over a barrel. I think that maybe the way it is put but there is still the possibility of a fund raise as has been put into the resolutions and there is also a possibility of a loan. Of course everything is interrelated right now but I don't think we should be scaring ourselves that this is the only option! If we turn the farm out down, I think it highly unlikely the Zubs would want to pull out altogether because of it but we will have to consider all options. Which way will we get best value, that is the question.

BG with the time scale BH has put forward I personally doubt whether there could be a vote arranged in time for the AGM. If early H2 meant agreement on Monday 2nd July that still leaves only 6 working days to announce, organise proxy votes etc. so unless he meant early June as I initially misread it to be, then I think AGM voting is highly unlikely tbh.

LT Having been involved in AGM both on bod and as a interest holder, I can't comment on the AEX bods attitude but I will say from what I have seen most bods go on the defensive and are already revved up for attack before the meeting gets underway. I remember our CEO spending a great deal of time preparing for what might turn up and he had an answer for everything complete with the aggression you talk of, so I agree, a group supporting the prepared questions would always be better than a lone voice! For a Bod to take a question from a loner and put him/her down makes others think twice about raising issues. Many of the issues spoken of here do deserve some proper explanation. Personally I think they do have good reason for it all but I want to hear it from them!

I would go along with that Pete. There will always be surprise questions come up on the day but letting them know beforehand of PIs concerns and questions at least gives them the chance to have information at the ready. Besides I don't particularly want the role. I am quite happy to put the questions together and forward them on. If this need to be discussed further though I would appreciate it being put on a new thread as this one is just to keep the questions together. Thanks

Thanks for confirming Vike. It is encouraging for sure and movement for a new entry point would support the delay in analysing the data to provide the best chance of hitting those multi level targets that Jay spoke of in a video last year.

Page 4 P0 "The Company expects to receive an extension to the Mtwara Licence, possibly until January 2020, during which time the development licence for Ntorya is expected to be finalised. " While it is possible that it could take that long, I read it that the date is more relevant to the extension length with the development licence coming any time between now and that time. If you are pessimistic you will say 2020 if optimistic you will say tomorrow but reality will be somewhere in between and hopefully sooner rather than later

Will have to see what they can put forward a. The delay in announcement of failure puts them in the bad egg category so I'm glad they are out but if they had been successful we would have multi bagged big time imo Overall Billy I think I'll keep my eye on it for now, watch and wait a bit longer to see what the new people put forward but I have to admit this right now would be a bargain level to get it if they do make the find. Morning cp yes and as said, I think the timing is critical to which direction it travels. As Mather says consolidation at the very moment makes absolutely no difference. If done at this moment I think it would destroy value and we would be on that downward side which is why if they do plan it, then it should happen when success has arrived coupled with a strong news flow and they have yet to master that part.

Right now Max I don't think either would be good timing and I don't expect either for a good while yet. Let's get CH1 proved up hopefully find oil and do the consolidation on the strength of the upward momentum. I'm no expert in the timing of these things but that would seem logical to me having lost out in one done during a slide and watched Solo go donward without good news to hold its value. As for take out, I don't think the zubs would want that unless for themselves and with them contemplating a farm in then I don't see a buyout from them, at least in the near future

You say you have already put them. "from what, another ten valid points I have made." you did not say "My valid points will be obvious from my proffered questions for agm" until your last reply which shows you will change your angle with the wind. I have not seen anything but management bashing from you. You want to be taken seriously, then lets see you back up what you say and put the facts behind it! As for AGM questions there is a thread for that and that is for questions not accusations. As for shutting up, I have no agenda but getting the facts straight, you now have your chance and if you can't back up what you say then I suggest you do shut up! If your points are valid then they should be raised the same as anyone else's
