Some confusion as VTM have tweeted the meeting is Wednesday 23rd and the link shows 30th May this made me check dates once again. It shows both the RNS and VTM each got it half right :0)) I've now confirmed with them that the meeting takes place Wednesday 23rd May (tomorrow night) 7pm

I think it's time we had a little meat on the bones, an RNS or tweet wouldn't go amiss. Not complaining but the suspense is killing me.

I'll not argue with that and they do hold 9.9% here so I'm happy to have a good percentage with that attitude. Whatever the Bod do with the farm-out I feel sure they will be looking for Majedies support before putting it to the PIs and I'm sure they will want good value for their clients too. In that respect, I think it good that we have a large holder who will not wish to be walked on!

So based on that logic we should let Jay give away the assets that we don't own for £50 and we will have done well because they are not ours to sell? I do see what you are saying in relation to Tanzania but it seems you are taking all value away from the company. That being the case there would never be any exploration anywhere in the world

I don't see any issue in raising enough to drill Ch1 from either bank or placing so in my mind shareholders need to realise that any giving away of the assets at this stage must give us at the minimum enough cash to ensure certainty through to monetization of Ruvuma and also enough to push on with the 3d seismics KW south etc. It's time for the company to step up a gear and get these projects running side by side. If we can't get this from the deal then I don't see the point in it as we'll just continue to bump along

What is the value of 1.87 TCF? That should tell him it's worth far more than an amount he could borrow from the bank. This farm out has to be something extremely substantial as there is no logic for Jay to give away a major slice of his prized assets for peanuts. I will rephrase that! They are OUR assets!

To whom it may concern, I realise that this site has to make money but constant bombardment of advertising is what has turned me away from many sites on the web. Flashing lights, pop up ads and videos are irritating and distracting and I don't click on them no matter how hard they scream at me. Please, please, please, think of your user experience! If people turn away or start using ad-blocking browsers then there will be fewer to advertise too.

It may seem boring cp but I'm finding it rather intriguing watching it all pan out. There are so many theories banging about but most are based on personal fears, worries and excitements. At least with the AGM only a few weeks away we are likely to find answers to some of our questions and I look forward to that day.

Forgive me LT but yes it was in response to your posts! As said I have no intention to offend but you yourself are calling into question the morality of the Bod. Money corrupts people and your points are very powerful. It has spooked ma Julie because she sees the possibility of us being mugged. I pointed out to her that there is always that possibility but there are also many granny muggers we see on here daily who are happy to manipulate for their own benefit! I'm not accusing you of that but pointing out that it is just as possible as the Bod doing the same. Like you say meeting a man eye to eye will tell you straight away about his intentions and your first thoughts of me are correct, I wouldn't do it but I wanted to show some would, I apologize if that came down heavy on you but I hope you can see from my response I am being straight with you.

If I was in a position of holding millions of shares and was able to afford the luxury of selling a few million I think even I with my own morals would be attempting to get a lower price to buy back in by manipulation knowing that the millions I had sold had taken the sp lower. Human nature takes over I suppose because of the potential massive gains, but the way I see things at the moment is zubs only want to farm in, they are not at this point trying to take over. Basically that means we will drill CH1 before and if they attempt a takeover and that for me means the sp will rise so, trying my hardest and in not wishing to cat any disbursions here, I am trying to say manipulation can come in many forms. Very few of us know who is on the other end of a keyboard so we have to be aware! I fully understand some of the points been raised and accept them as valid but I will keep both eyes open so I hope and trust no offence will be taken as none is intended

Dunder you and others have referred to my push towards the forward looking and I stand by that. The fact is we are where we are for a variety of reasons and I like you, know that there will have been some mistakes made, however what is done from here on in will be what affects our value. We can argue until the cows come home about did and didn't doos but it won't change anything. That doesn't mean issues shouldn't be raised but we need to prioritize the questions. There will be limited time at the AGM and I personally don't want to waste it on matters that will bring no gain. Just saying let's keep the questions pertinent and not too backwards looking.

For me there are two scenarios, one which I continue to believe is that there have been genuine reasons which they will bring to light, or two, where there has been manipulation to the detriment of us all. I really don't see this but I am not blind to the corruption that money brings. The AGM I hope will clear up many of the issues.
