Hi Fort it’s amended simply to cover spend since previous agreement and includes some items not previously included.

This is due “long before the end of this year”

Down the line we will also require a CIPA (conditional) which will cover all spending during construction. This will need to be in place to trigger the third draw (33m) though I doubt we’ll get that far.

They could easily push the share price in many ways if they chose too …… PR / IR / it’s not hard to start a rumour or two but for some reason they are releasing the bare minimum and keeping schtum.

I’ve always wondered….. when Nick did the first streaming deal a few years ago he was painted as the devil by BHP/ Newcrest and lost his stewardship . A few years later Scott does a streaming deal ten times bigger and BHP etc are apparently fully supportive…… why ??
