Not alarmed in the slightest just like to be invested in a company with a fully functioning CEO ( Keith stated months ago he was just filling in short term) and a CFO ….. having said that I don’t think for one second Solgold will exist in its present form for more than a few months.
I also believe Nick has something up his sleeve and remain super confident we’ll see huge upside from here one way or another ….. a third party entering the fray would be my preferred option

If nothing else I just hope a sense of direction comes from the AGM…. Then at least people will have some sense of what they’re investing in ….. whatever transpires for the remainder of 2021 I can see very little downside from here …… it’s painfully slow but fascinating to see who shows their hand first

Agree with that but BHP are very aware a low offer would fairly futile now …..

Maths …. Exactly that’s why I referred to them as trades rather than buys but looking at the price over the last couple of days I guess it’s more likely , there’s no way these were buys live on market

I’m expecting BHP / NCM to be putting the squeeze on …. The “open letter” should have been titled “the opening salvo “ imo ……. The current “we’re taking this to production “ manifesto is wearing very thin and something has to give soon.
We need a direction, a plan and some leadership and we need it soon

Lots …. Nick may well be playing a clever game but he’ll be upsetting a lot of people along the way ..maybe a dangerous game? Hopefully some fantastic news flow prior to the AGM, it’s the only way I can see him maintaining the support he had last year.

Look guys ( whether you like him or not) RK is heavily invested here and the meeting took place.
Others were also monitoring the call to ensure nothing price sensitive was discussed
From the company’s point of view the main purpose of this call and others was”to review our initiatives and progress with regard to corporate governance and, more importantly, to take in feedback”
So RK was able to voice the opinion of many ( myself included) that it’s vital to stick to deadlines PFS being the main case in point amongst other things.
I can also confirm that RK was
“ asked that the conversation not be posted onto the message boards as a courtesy”
Everyone is entitled to their opinion and mine is that several people have jumped to the incorrect conclusion that material non public information was shared on the call.
Ive made several of these calls to various people within Solgold and I’m very happy to say no one has ever shared such information with me ….. the day they do I’ll start to worry and question my investment

The danger as I see it here is clear …. If Solgold don’t get their **** together pronto, this could end up going for pence rather than pounds and it’s all coming to a head in the next few weeks
The best form of defence is attack and let’s hope they’ve stocked up their armoury

Last year the AGM was held in December and we were given notice of this in early November
In 2018 it was also held in December
In 2019 however it was held in mid September
How is this decided….. ?
whatever the case they seemingly have their work cut out to keep pi’s on board …… personally I think a huge opportunity will be missed if this goes cheaply…… but it feels largely self inflicted just now

It seems a bit pointless in some ways them withholding this information
So we all arrange the same call ….. ask the same questions…… get the same answers ….. share the same knowledge….. but cannot discuss it
Not a criticism when I’ve been in the same situation before but just feel the information should be for all or none. You’re also now in a difficult spot when it comes to buying or selling more stock …. Are you not?

RK …. A bid is inevitable in my view …. and the view of other directors…. Pi’s will have to make a decision before too long and the company need to give them some damn good reasons in the meantime to stay supportive….. be interesting to see where CGP stand this time , I’m not certain they'd back a bid that was too low ball
