Operational update virtually exactly the same as recent update. I quoute "The Company has engaged the Geological Survey and Mines Bureau ("GSMB") in Sri Lanka to undertake a drilling program on its southern exploration licence EL199. The proposed drilling program is a combination of infill and resource extensions and aims to confirm previous drill work and test with extension and step out drilling. This will assist the Company to delineate the key areas for any mining licence applications over EL199."

Please just be cautions and after that if your happy please invest. It may come good as they have great asset i just don't think they have any intention of getting to production.

Whilst approval positive still long way from construction . I have took a further position now as I think long term under 3.5 is an excellent price.

I personally think the wording in the RNS is sneaky and suggests a raise is coming. To try to bump SP.

“High Margin Product: Similar purified graphite products to what will be sold to Apollo sell in the region of US$8,000/t, highlighting substantial profitability on these sales over and above typical sale of concentrates”.

This doesn’t say BRES product demands these revenues just saying similar products…so doesn’t confirm buy price

Raise doesn’t seem significant one. Suspect be at 5p.

Note: them figure are probably gross not net. Adjust EBITDA to suit. Still very good margins though

Only just had chance to digest presentation on TGR website.

Whilst trust between TGR and there shareholders is at rock bottom due to previous mismanagement and termination of previous CEO. There is room of optimism if you read the latest information from presentation.

- Highest production this month in 14 months strong with 12 month order book that will only grow further.

- cash operating break even expected in matter of months with assumed margins of $350MT (production costs est $550).

- high profitable- based on production guidance I estimate that based on July 1000mt forecasting the rolling EBITDA position to be $3.5m.

-Based on December 1500mt guidance rolling EBITDA position $5.25m

-At them numbers you really do understand size of the opportunity and how much Shishir must have been screwing previous shareholders.

- only made me more angry in relation to previous CEO. Pure greed..

- Great transparency from new board and Hope they now deliver to guidance. Initial signs are positive 

- TGR are about to be the first profit making graphite company.... we will know in matter of months. If we can get back to trading.

"Likely placing to follow on of up to 27 mln ordinary shares also subject to shareholder approval - when shares can trade. Target late April for accounts and audit completion". The placing should then enable working capital to get to positive EBITDA position.

Maybe he has been given offer he cant refuse and also with the new CFO, you could argue what additional experience does he bring over him therefore may wish to get a graphite expert on board as NED.

Well interesting few weeks.......

The change for me was probably much needed if I reflect on it. We needed a board that has better governance, compliance structure and accountability. With Shishir etc there was no accountability and even during requestion process I couldn't disagree with the comments made by requestion group on these issues.

What I am confused about it how all this happened. Let me be really transplant I think we are in far better place that where we have been in past 12-24 months but how did the process of removing Shishir happen....

Is Micheal still involved and was he involved in removing Shishir?

Has Shishir done anything illegal or is this smear campaign

Why are Shishir brother and nephew still involved when they have competing priorities

Why haven't we still raised any money and what happened with MESF? Is Tarbez and co still raising money for us?

All these questions remain unanswered so my view is don't trust anyone until we have heard the facts and Story. By the way I think it's pretty obvious Shishir has been a disaster but I am still to be convinced that new board are in it for us. Also if Shishir is how the board have described him during requestion process and during recent RNS I want anyone who has been associated with him also gone.

I do have hope though as I do respect the careers of some of the current board....wait and see for me.

Yes I agree reward success and keen for who ever is in charge to be rewarded on success. You could argue at moment survival is success at the moment.

Could be wrong here again, but would be suprised some who’s worked in big corporations such as MBL to be involved in anything underhand. I came to the conclusion that him and Alistar have got together and probably said to each other we can’t let this continue and contacted requestion board. Alistair has subsequently resigned to force Shishir hand to appoint 3 NEDs and then they have outvoted him to appoint Mark as chairman as looking at articles of association on companies house Shishir would have been outvoted as his daughter wasn’t on board at this point. Then once they have seen how the company is being run, then have suspended Shishir. All guessing this though, hopefully once funding is sorted we will find out what has happened but suspect we never will.
