A special discussion was held yesterday at the Ministry of Advisory Committee established for mineral and mineral sand resources under the Ministry of Industries.
During the discussion, the need to implement appreciative production projects for mineral and mineral sand resources was extensively discussed and issues and disruption arising there.
The mineral and mineral sand resources in Sri Lanka were officially investigated locally as well as quality and quantity, it insisted that appreciation production programs should be implemented immediately and in implementing that value-added products in the world. Technology, as well as education trends It also mentioned that special attention should be given to global market conditions. Truly, it can bring more economic benefit to the country.
The discussion also discussed to set up some specific plans to formulate appreciation products as well as to provide maximum facilities to associated companies, industrialists and entrepreneurs. The agreement was made here to make a technology-based formal talk within the country under global conditions.
