SI_Derman, completly agree with you on the posts to Mr Poots, I don't think he would be in the position he's in if he was was to make his judjment based on letters of support from either side. TTNY I also understand your valid points. Some good posts here today.

The sums of the monies owed to the employees are negligible in the grand scheme of things. They should have been paid in the outset by someone , anyone. Have a feeling that it will be lets say more junior majors backing sn and zm on this one.
Yanbu-Arabia re your Monday post 16.04 you may want to try the CFPB they may be able to direct you to the correct door. I would do it myself but I'm out of this now and will only re-invest when Sam Moody is replaced or resigns. Theres also room in my view that the Aim Regulators to be called before the MP's select committee and answer how they actually regulate some of the AIM companies

gmharg thanks for your post today 10.03 . Not sure when you got the info from NI unite, but Bab.... Appledore has been shut down ,and awaits a buyer. The guys from the yard travel daily to Bab---- Devonport for work. I believe Scottish government nationalised Ferguson at the end of 2019 ,but I need to read up on that one. Unfortunately successive governments have failed to realise we live on a island and need ships for for transportation of our manufactured goods.
ActionPotential you can still read the documents there still on the board. Looed letter is well presented. in my my view the more that see the sooner we will get a conclusion.Like he said if there is no reply it speaks for itsself
dreamingof, I may be wrong here but I thought Wres hit the local labour recruitment number to enable their grant request with the Spanish Goverment about 6 months ago. Perhaps there's addiontional conditions?
