IMO. GM and VAINAKA are Responsible for the Careful Management OF Valirx. IMO, They ARE the Only Persons that Could Give Permission to agree that Last Deal that Cost SHS Over £200K To EXIT. The TRACK TECHNOLOGY that SHS Were Told was Sold For £800K. Another Loss?. The TEST KITS Any Money from that?. IMO, ALL those Decisions to SELL or Buy Any of Those Deals were Of FIRSTLY a SCIENTIFIC DECISION Secondly, a Financial Decision. AS FOR All that went on In the Careful MANAGEMENT Of Valirx. I Know ALL about the Fire Sale PLACINGS, WARRANTS, DUMPED PLACINGS, BONUSES, BIKS, Beaufort, etc, etc, etc, etc. ALL absolutely a Disgrace IMO. With AlI that WE Know that WENT ON. IMO, NO Authority SEEM to have Seen ANY Wrong. IMO, Even IF No Complaint was Made against Valirx. When Beauforts Went out of Business You would Imagine that Any Co Involved with them would have come under the Microscope. AND IF any Wrong was Seen In Any Co SHS Would be Entitled to Compensation Against that Co. I've grown Tired of hearing HINTs of All the SEEMING Wrongs What went On In the Management OF Valirx. The ONLY Disasters SO Far ARE what I have read In RNSs etc. SO, TO SUM UP, IMO, Valirx FUNDING decisions for Valirx WAS/IS the WORST that Could be made by the MANAGEMENT of any BOD of SHs Funds. SO IMO, whatever About Any Supposed Mismanagement In Valirx . Everything that Management has done Seems to have been Above Board as Far as the Relevant Authorities are Concerned. SO OFF the BOD go Again After At Least 4 CONSOLIDATIONS To Do Presentations To the Next Lot of Second Hand SHs. SO. Business As Usual AGAIN after Diluting this 9 year INVESTOR/SH out of 99.5% of His Investment and NO One Gives a .... Feel Free to Correct the above IF you Read any Error or Not Happy with the Above OPINION. IMO.
